熔(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)電加(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)器(qi)(qi)是一(yi)種電加(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)設備(bei),用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)于對(dui)流動(dong)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)液態(tai)(tai)、氣態(tai)(tai)介(jie)質(zhi)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)升(sheng)溫、保溫、加(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)。熔(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)電加(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)器(qi)(qi)利用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)特殊管狀電熱(re)(re)元件結合法蘭(lan)集束(shu)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)形式與壓力容器(qi)(qi)組成一(yi)個(ge)供熱(re)(re)整體(ti),利用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)加(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)二元熔(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)或三元熔(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)作(zuo)為加(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)介(jie)質(zhi)。一(yi)般這種加(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)方(fang)式與熔(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)罐組成一(yi)個(ge)整體(ti),當常溫下的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)硝(xiao)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)倒入熔(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)罐中以后,利用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)熔(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)罐內的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)少量電熱(re)(re)元件給其預熱(re)(re),使之變(bian)為液態(tai)(tai),然后通過(guo)熔(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)泵(beng)抽取熔(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)往加(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)器(qi)(qi)內部流,進一(yi)步給熔(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)增溫,到達(da)熔(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)加(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)器(qi)(qi)出口(kou)處已經基(ji)本完(wan)成加(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)目的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de),并與用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)戶的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)熱(re)(re)設備(bei)形成一(yi)個(ge)循環的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)整體(ti),源(yuan)源(yuan)不(bu)斷的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)給其加(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re),從(cong)而(er)滿足工(gong)藝的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)要求(qiu)。
■熔鹽電加熱器應用范圍(wei):
熔(rong)鹽電(dian)加熱器廣泛(fan)應(ying)用于儲能、儲熱、火電(dian)調峰、化肥(fei)、三聚氫胺、氧化鋁等(deng)高溫加熱生產工藝(yi)。
■熔鹽電加(jia)熱器控制系統概(gai)述:
1、有常規的電氣保(bao)護,如(ru)流量(liang)和(he)短路保(bao)護等。
2、有一(yi)(yi)套(tao)獨立于溫度(du)控制的超溫報(bao)警系統(tong),當電(dian)加熱器內部溫度(du)超過計(ji)定值(zhi)時,它將(jiang)不(bu)可自動復(fu)位地(di)關(guan)閉電(dian)加熱器,并輸出(chu)一(yi)(yi)個觸(chu)點信號(hao)。
3、有一套獨立(li)的低液位(wei)報警(jing),當(dang)液位(wei)低于要求(qiu)值時,它將自動關閉電加熱器,并輸出一個信號。
4、提供數個聯鎖接口,以便和其(qi)它設備如泵、流量(壓(ya)力)開關等裝(zhuang)置聯鎖,確(que)保加熱(re)器加熱(re)時有一定流量的(de)(de)介質在流動(dong),保證系統的(de)(de)安全。
5、控制(zhi)可以向DCS系(xi)統(tong)提供加熱系(xi)統(tong)處于運行、停(ting)止、超(chao)溫(wen)報(bao)警、液位信(xin)(xin)(xin)號(hao)(低液位報(bao)警)、互鎖(suo)狀態、溫(wen)度(du)(du)信(xin)(xin)(xin)號(hao)(4~20mA)等(deng)信(xin)(xin)(xin)號(hao),除溫(wen)度(du)(du)信(xin)(xin)(xin)號(hao)外,它們均為(wei)(wei)無源觸點;可以接受(shou)DCS發出的啟動、停(ting)止操作命令,要(yao)求的觸點容量亦為(wei)(wei)220V 1A。
6、具(ju)有PID溫度(du)(du)(du)調(diao)節功能,加(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)系統(tong)可(ke)以通(tong)過(guo)程序設置介質的(de)(de)升溫曲線,并能在(zai)流量不足或停止加(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)后,根(gen)據工藝要求控(kong)制泵,本控(kong)制系統(tong)采用多級控(kong)制技(ji)術,即把加(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)器分成幾組,其中一(yi)組也就是(shi)很(hen)大的(de)(de)一(yi)組可(ke)以無級調(diao)壓,根(gen)據出口(kou)溫度(du)(du)(du),經運算(suan)后,控(kong)制系統(tong)自動(dong)控(kong)制加(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)器每組的(de)(de)通(tong)斷(duan)和另一(yi)組加(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)器的(de)(de)輸出功率,達(da)到無級調(diao)功。這樣,能很(hen)有效地達(da)到提高(gao)控(kong)溫精度(du)(du)(du)的(de)(de)目的(de)(de)。
