■熔鹽電加熱器:
熔(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)電(dian)(dian)加(jia)(jia)熱(re)器(qi)是一(yi)(yi)種(zhong)電(dian)(dian)加(jia)(jia)熱(re)設備(bei),用(yong)(yong)于對流動的(de)(de)液態、氣態介質的(de)(de)升溫(wen)、保溫(wen)、加(jia)(jia)熱(re)。熔(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)電(dian)(dian)加(jia)(jia)熱(re)器(qi)利用(yong)(yong)特殊管(guan)狀電(dian)(dian)熱(re)元件結合法蘭集(ji)束的(de)(de)形(xing)式與壓力(li)容(rong)器(qi)組(zu)成(cheng)一(yi)(yi)個供熱(re)整(zheng)體,利用(yong)(yong)加(jia)(jia)熱(re)二元熔(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)或三元熔(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)作為加(jia)(jia)熱(re)介質。一(yi)(yi)般這種(zhong)加(jia)(jia)熱(re)方式與熔(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)罐組(zu)成(cheng)一(yi)(yi)個整(zheng)體,當常溫(wen)下的(de)(de)硝(xiao)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)倒(dao)入熔(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)罐中以后,利用(yong)(yong)熔(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)罐內的(de)(de)少量(liang)電(dian)(dian)熱(re)元件給其預熱(re),使之(zhi)變(bian)為液態,然后通(tong)過熔(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)泵抽取熔(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)往加(jia)(jia)熱(re)器(qi)內部流,進一(yi)(yi)步給熔(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)增溫(wen),到達(da)熔(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)加(jia)(jia)熱(re)器(qi)出口處已經(jing)基本(ben)完成(cheng)加(jia)(jia)熱(re)的(de)(de)目(mu)的(de)(de),并與用(yong)(yong)戶(hu)的(de)(de)用(yong)(yong)熱(re)設備(bei)形(xing)成(cheng)一(yi)(yi)個循環的(de)(de)整(zheng)體,源(yuan)源(yuan)不斷的(de)(de)給其加(jia)(jia)熱(re),從而滿(man)足工(gong)藝的(de)(de)要求。
■熔鹽電加熱器應用范圍:
熔鹽電(dian)加熱器廣泛(fan)應(ying)用于儲(chu)能、儲(chu)熱、火電(dian)調峰、化(hua)(hua)肥(fei)、三聚氫胺、氧化(hua)(hua)鋁等(deng)高溫(wen)加熱生產工藝(yi)。
■熔鹽(yan)電加熱器控制系統概述(shu):
1、有常規的電氣保(bao)護,如流量和短(duan)路保(bao)護等。
2、有一(yi)套獨立于溫度控制的超(chao)溫報警(jing)系(xi)統,當(dang)電(dian)加熱(re)器內部溫度超(chao)過(guo)計定值時(shi),它將不可自動復位(wei)地關閉(bi)電(dian)加熱(re)器,并(bing)輸出一(yi)個觸點信號。
3、有一套獨立的低(di)液(ye)位報警,當液(ye)位低(di)于要求值時,它將自動關閉(bi)電加(jia)熱器(qi),并輸出(chu)一個信號。
4、提(ti)供數個(ge)聯鎖接(jie)口,以便(bian)和其(qi)它(ta)設備如(ru)泵、流(liu)量(壓力)開(kai)關(guan)等裝置聯鎖,確保加(jia)熱器加(jia)熱時有一定流(liu)量的介質(zhi)在流(liu)動,保證系統的安(an)全(quan)。
5、控制可以向(xiang)DCS系(xi)統提供加熱系(xi)統處于運行、停止、超溫(wen)(wen)報警、液(ye)位(wei)信(xin)號(低液(ye)位(wei)報警)、互鎖狀態、溫(wen)(wen)度信(xin)號(4~20mA)等信(xin)號,除(chu)溫(wen)(wen)度信(xin)號外,它們均為無源觸(chu)(chu)點(dian);可以接受DCS發出的(de)啟動(dong)、停止操作命(ming)令,要求的(de)觸(chu)(chu)點(dian)容量亦為220V 1A。
6、具(ju)有PID溫度(du)調節功能(neng),加熱(re)(re)系(xi)統可以(yi)通(tong)(tong)過程序設置介質的升(sheng)溫曲(qu)線(xian),并能(neng)在流量不足或停止加熱(re)(re)后,根(gen)據工藝(yi)要求控(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)泵,本控(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)系(xi)統采用多級(ji)控(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)技術(shu),即把加熱(re)(re)器(qi)分成幾組,其中一(yi)組也就是很大的一(yi)組可以(yi)無級(ji)調壓,根(gen)據出(chu)口溫度(du),經(jing)運算后,控(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)系(xi)統自動控(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)加熱(re)(re)器(qi)每組的通(tong)(tong)斷和另一(yi)組加熱(re)(re)器(qi)的輸(shu)出(chu)功率,達到(dao)無級(ji)調功。這樣,能(neng)很有效(xiao)地達到(dao)提高控(kong)溫精度(du)的目的。
