熔(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)電(dian)加(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)器是一(yi)(yi)種(zhong)電(dian)加(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)設(she)備,用(yong)于對流動的(de)(de)液態、氣態介質的(de)(de)升溫(wen)(wen)、保溫(wen)(wen)、加(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)。熔(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)電(dian)加(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)器利(li)(li)(li)用(yong)特殊管狀電(dian)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)元(yuan)件(jian)結合法蘭集(ji)束的(de)(de)形(xing)式與(yu)壓(ya)力容器組(zu)成一(yi)(yi)個(ge)供(gong)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)整體(ti),利(li)(li)(li)用(yong)加(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)二(er)元(yuan)熔(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)或(huo)三(san)元(yuan)熔(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)作為加(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)介質。一(yi)(yi)般這種(zhong)加(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)方式與(yu)熔(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)罐(guan)組(zu)成一(yi)(yi)個(ge)整體(ti),當常溫(wen)(wen)下的(de)(de)硝鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)倒(dao)入熔(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)罐(guan)中以后,利(li)(li)(li)用(yong)熔(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)罐(guan)內的(de)(de)少量電(dian)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)元(yuan)件(jian)給(gei)其(qi)預熱(re)(re)(re)(re),使之變為液態,然(ran)后通過熔(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)泵抽取熔(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)往加(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)器內部流,進(jin)一(yi)(yi)步給(gei)熔(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)增溫(wen)(wen),到(dao)達熔(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)加(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)器出口處已經基(ji)本完成加(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)的(de)(de)目的(de)(de),并與(yu)用(yong)戶的(de)(de)用(yong)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)設(she)備形(xing)成一(yi)(yi)個(ge)循環的(de)(de)整體(ti),源源不斷的(de)(de)給(gei)其(qi)加(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re),從而滿足工藝的(de)(de)要求。
■熔鹽電加(jia)熱器應用范圍(wei):
熔鹽(yan)電(dian)加熱器廣泛應用(yong)于儲能、儲熱、火電(dian)調峰(feng)、化(hua)肥、三聚(ju)氫胺、氧化(hua)鋁等高溫加熱生產(chan)工藝。
■熔鹽電(dian)加熱(re)器(qi)控制系統(tong)概述:
1、有常規的電氣(qi)保護(hu),如流量和短路保護(hu)等。
2、有(you)一套獨立于溫度(du)控制的超溫報(bao)警系(xi)統(tong),當電加熱器(qi)內部溫度(du)超過(guo)計定值時(shi),它將不可自動復位地(di)關閉電加熱器(qi),并輸(shu)出一個觸(chu)點信號(hao)。
3、有(you)一套獨立(li)的低液(ye)位報警(jing),當(dang)液(ye)位低于(yu)要求值時,它將自動(dong)關閉(bi)電加熱器(qi),并(bing)輸出(chu)一個信號(hao)。
4、提供數個聯鎖接(jie)口,以便和其它設備如泵、流量(壓力)開關(guan)等裝置(zhi)聯鎖,確(que)保(bao)加(jia)熱(re)器加(jia)熱(re)時有一(yi)定流量的介質(zhi)在流動,保(bao)證(zheng)系統的安全。
5、控制可以向DCS系統提供加熱系統處(chu)于運(yun)行(xing)、停止(zhi)、超溫(wen)報(bao)警、液位信(xin)號(hao)(低液位報(bao)警)、互鎖狀態、溫(wen)度(du)信(xin)號(hao)(4~20mA)等信(xin)號(hao),除溫(wen)度(du)信(xin)號(hao)外,它(ta)們(men)均為無源觸點;可以接受(shou)DCS發(fa)出的啟動、停止(zhi)操作(zuo)命令(ling),要(yao)求的觸點容量亦為220V 1A。
6、具有PID溫(wen)(wen)度調(diao)節(jie)功(gong)能(neng),加(jia)熱系(xi)統(tong)可以通過程序設置介質(zhi)的升溫(wen)(wen)曲線,并能(neng)在流(liu)量(liang)不足或停止(zhi)加(jia)熱后,根(gen)據工(gong)藝要求控制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)泵(beng),本控制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)系(xi)統(tong)采用多(duo)級(ji)控制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)技術,即把加(jia)熱器分成(cheng)幾組(zu),其中(zhong)一(yi)組(zu)也就是很大(da)的一(yi)組(zu)可以無級(ji)調(diao)壓(ya),根(gen)據出口溫(wen)(wen)度,經運算后,控制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)系(xi)統(tong)自動控制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)加(jia)熱器每組(zu)的通斷(duan)和另一(yi)組(zu)加(jia)熱器的輸出功(gong)率,達到無級(ji)調(diao)功(gong)。這樣,能(neng)很有效(xiao)地達到提(ti)高控溫(wen)(wen)精度的目的。
