■熔鹽電加熱器:
熔(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)電(dian)加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)器(qi)是一種電(dian)加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)設(she)備,用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)于對(dui)流(liu)動的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)液(ye)態、氣(qi)態介質的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)升(sheng)溫(wen)、保溫(wen)、加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)。熔(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)電(dian)加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)器(qi)利用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)特殊管狀(zhuang)電(dian)熱(re)(re)(re)元件結合法蘭集束的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)形式與壓力容(rong)器(qi)組成一個(ge)(ge)供熱(re)(re)(re)整體(ti),利用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)二元熔(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)或三元熔(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)作為(wei)加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)介質。一般這種加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)方式與熔(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)罐(guan)組成一個(ge)(ge)整體(ti),當(dang)常溫(wen)下的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)硝(xiao)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)倒(dao)入熔(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)罐(guan)中以(yi)后,利用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)熔(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)罐(guan)內的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)少量電(dian)熱(re)(re)(re)元件給其預熱(re)(re)(re),使(shi)之(zhi)變為(wei)液(ye)態,然后通(tong)過(guo)熔(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)泵抽取熔(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)往加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)器(qi)內部流(liu),進一步給熔(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)增溫(wen),到達熔(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)器(qi)出(chu)口處已經(jing)基本(ben)完成加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)目的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de),并與用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)戶的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)熱(re)(re)(re)設(she)備形成一個(ge)(ge)循環的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)整體(ti),源源不斷的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)給其加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re),從而滿(man)足工藝的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)要求。
■熔(rong)鹽(yan)電(dian)加熱(re)器應用范(fan)圍:
熔鹽(yan)電加熱(re)器廣泛應用于儲能、儲熱(re)、火電調(diao)峰、化肥(fei)、三(san)聚(ju)氫胺、氧(yang)化鋁等高溫加熱(re)生產工(gong)藝。
■熔(rong)鹽電加熱器控制系統概述:
1、有(you)常規的電氣保護,如流(liu)量和短路保護等(deng)。
2、有一(yi)套獨立于溫(wen)度控制的超溫(wen)報警系統(tong),當電加熱器內部溫(wen)度超過計定值時,它將不可自動復位(wei)地關閉電加熱器,并(bing)輸出(chu)一(yi)個觸點信號。
3、有一(yi)套獨立的低(di)液位報警,當液位低(di)于要求值時,它將自(zi)動關(guan)閉電(dian)加熱(re)器,并輸(shu)出(chu)一(yi)個信(xin)號。
4、提(ti)供數個聯(lian)(lian)鎖接口,以便和其它設備如泵、流(liu)量(壓力)開(kai)關等裝置(zhi)聯(lian)(lian)鎖,確(que)保加(jia)熱器加(jia)熱時有一定(ding)流(liu)量的介質在流(liu)動,保證系統(tong)的安全。
5、控制可(ke)以(yi)向DCS系統(tong)提供加熱系統(tong)處于運行、停止、超溫報(bao)警、液(ye)位信號(hao)(低液(ye)位報(bao)警)、互鎖狀態、溫度信號(hao)(4~20mA)等信號(hao),除溫度信號(hao)外(wai),它(ta)們均為無源觸點;可(ke)以(yi)接受DCS發(fa)出的(de)啟動、停止操作命令(ling),要求的(de)觸點容量亦為220V 1A。
6、具有(you)PID溫度(du)調(diao)節(jie)功(gong)能,加熱(re)系(xi)統(tong)可以(yi)(yi)通(tong)過程序設置介質的(de)升溫曲(qu)線,并(bing)能在流量不足或停止(zhi)加熱(re)后,根(gen)據工(gong)藝要(yao)求控制(zhi)泵,本控制(zhi)系(xi)統(tong)采用多級(ji)控制(zhi)技術(shu),即把加熱(re)器(qi)分(fen)成幾組(zu),其(qi)中一(yi)組(zu)也就是(shi)很大的(de)一(yi)組(zu)可以(yi)(yi)無(wu)級(ji)調(diao)壓,根(gen)據出口(kou)溫度(du),經運算(suan)后,控制(zhi)系(xi)統(tong)自(zi)動控制(zhi)加熱(re)器(qi)每(mei)組(zu)的(de)通(tong)斷和另一(yi)組(zu)加熱(re)器(qi)的(de)輸(shu)出功(gong)率,達到無(wu)級(ji)調(diao)功(gong)。這樣,能很有(you)效地(di)達到提(ti)高控溫精度(du)的(de)目的(de)。
