熔(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)電(dian)(dian)加(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)器(qi)是一(yi)種電(dian)(dian)加(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)設(she)備,用(yong)(yong)(yong)于對流動的(de)(de)(de)(de)液態、氣(qi)態介(jie)質的(de)(de)(de)(de)升溫、保溫、加(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)。熔(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)電(dian)(dian)加(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)器(qi)利用(yong)(yong)(yong)特殊管(guan)狀電(dian)(dian)熱(re)(re)元(yuan)件(jian)結合法蘭集束的(de)(de)(de)(de)形式與壓力容器(qi)組成(cheng)(cheng)一(yi)個供熱(re)(re)整(zheng)體,利用(yong)(yong)(yong)加(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)二元(yuan)熔(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)或三元(yuan)熔(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)作為(wei)加(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)介(jie)質。一(yi)般這種加(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)方式與熔(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)罐組成(cheng)(cheng)一(yi)個整(zheng)體,當常溫下的(de)(de)(de)(de)硝鹽(yan)(yan)倒入熔(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)罐中以后(hou),利用(yong)(yong)(yong)熔(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)罐內的(de)(de)(de)(de)少量電(dian)(dian)熱(re)(re)元(yuan)件(jian)給(gei)(gei)(gei)其預熱(re)(re),使之(zhi)變(bian)為(wei)液態,然后(hou)通過熔(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)泵抽取熔(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)往加(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)器(qi)內部流,進一(yi)步(bu)給(gei)(gei)(gei)熔(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)增溫,到達熔(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)加(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)器(qi)出口處(chu)已(yi)經(jing)基本(ben)完成(cheng)(cheng)加(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)的(de)(de)(de)(de)目的(de)(de)(de)(de),并與用(yong)(yong)(yong)戶的(de)(de)(de)(de)用(yong)(yong)(yong)熱(re)(re)設(she)備形成(cheng)(cheng)一(yi)個循(xun)環的(de)(de)(de)(de)整(zheng)體,源源不(bu)斷的(de)(de)(de)(de)給(gei)(gei)(gei)其加(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re),從而滿足工藝的(de)(de)(de)(de)要求。
■熔鹽電加熱器應用范圍:
熔鹽電(dian)加熱器廣泛(fan)應(ying)用于儲能、儲熱、火電(dian)調峰、化(hua)(hua)肥、三聚氫胺、氧化(hua)(hua)鋁等高溫加熱生產工(gong)藝。
■熔(rong)鹽(yan)電加熱器控制系統概述:
1、有常規的電氣保護(hu),如流量和短路保護(hu)等。
2、有(you)一套獨立(li)于溫度(du)控制的超溫報警系統,當電加熱器(qi)內部溫度(du)超過(guo)計(ji)定值時(shi),它將不可(ke)自動復位地關閉(bi)電加熱器(qi),并輸出一個觸點信號。
3、有(you)一套獨立的低液位報警,當液位低于(yu)要求值時,它將自動關閉電加熱(re)器,并(bing)輸出一個信號。
4、提(ti)供數個聯鎖接口,以便(bian)和其它設備如(ru)泵、流量(liang)(壓力)開關等裝(zhuang)置聯鎖,確保加熱器(qi)加熱時有一定流量(liang)的介質在流動,保證系統(tong)的安(an)全。
5、控(kong)制可(ke)(ke)以(yi)向DCS系統提供(gong)加熱(re)系統處于運行、停(ting)止(zhi)、超溫(wen)報(bao)警(jing)、液位信號(低液位報(bao)警(jing))、互鎖狀(zhuang)態、溫(wen)度信號(4~20mA)等(deng)信號,除溫(wen)度信號外,它(ta)們均為無源觸點(dian);可(ke)(ke)以(yi)接(jie)受DCS發出的啟動、停(ting)止(zhi)操作命(ming)令,要求的觸點(dian)容量亦為220V 1A。
6、具有PID溫(wen)度(du)調節(jie)功(gong)能,加(jia)(jia)熱(re)系(xi)統(tong)可以通過程(cheng)序(xu)設(she)置介(jie)質的(de)(de)(de)(de)升溫(wen)曲線,并(bing)能在流量不足或停止加(jia)(jia)熱(re)后(hou),根據(ju)工藝要求控制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)泵,本控制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)系(xi)統(tong)采用多級(ji)控制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)技術,即(ji)把(ba)加(jia)(jia)熱(re)器(qi)(qi)分成幾組,其中一(yi)組也(ye)就是很(hen)大的(de)(de)(de)(de)一(yi)組可以無(wu)級(ji)調壓,根據(ju)出口溫(wen)度(du),經運算后(hou),控制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)系(xi)統(tong)自動控制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)加(jia)(jia)熱(re)器(qi)(qi)每組的(de)(de)(de)(de)通斷和另(ling)一(yi)組加(jia)(jia)熱(re)器(qi)(qi)的(de)(de)(de)(de)輸出功(gong)率,達到無(wu)級(ji)調功(gong)。這(zhe)樣,能很(hen)有效(xiao)地達到提高(gao)控溫(wen)精度(du)的(de)(de)(de)(de)目的(de)(de)(de)(de)。
