■熔鹽電加熱器:
熔(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)電(dian)加(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)器(qi)(qi)是一種電(dian)加(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)設備,用(yong)(yong)(yong)于對流動的(de)(de)(de)(de)液態、氣態介質的(de)(de)(de)(de)升溫、保溫、加(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)。熔(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)電(dian)加(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)器(qi)(qi)利用(yong)(yong)(yong)特殊管狀(zhuang)電(dian)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)元(yuan)(yuan)件結(jie)合法蘭集束的(de)(de)(de)(de)形式(shi)與壓力容器(qi)(qi)組(zu)(zu)成(cheng)一個供熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)整體(ti),利用(yong)(yong)(yong)加(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)二元(yuan)(yuan)熔(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)或三元(yuan)(yuan)熔(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)作為加(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)介質。一般(ban)這種加(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)方式(shi)與熔(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)罐(guan)組(zu)(zu)成(cheng)一個整體(ti),當常溫下的(de)(de)(de)(de)硝鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)倒入熔(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)罐(guan)中以后(hou),利用(yong)(yong)(yong)熔(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)罐(guan)內的(de)(de)(de)(de)少量(liang)電(dian)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)元(yuan)(yuan)件給(gei)其預(yu)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)(re),使之(zhi)變為液態,然(ran)后(hou)通過熔(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)泵抽取(qu)熔(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)往加(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)器(qi)(qi)內部流,進(jin)一步給(gei)熔(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)增溫,到達熔(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)加(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)器(qi)(qi)出口(kou)處已(yi)經基(ji)本(ben)完成(cheng)加(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)的(de)(de)(de)(de)目的(de)(de)(de)(de),并與用(yong)(yong)(yong)戶的(de)(de)(de)(de)用(yong)(yong)(yong)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)設備形成(cheng)一個循環的(de)(de)(de)(de)整體(ti),源(yuan)源(yuan)不斷的(de)(de)(de)(de)給(gei)其加(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)(re),從而滿足工藝的(de)(de)(de)(de)要求。
■熔鹽電加(jia)熱器應用(yong)范圍:
熔鹽電加(jia)(jia)熱器廣泛應用于儲(chu)能、儲(chu)熱、火電調峰、化肥、三(san)聚氫(qing)胺(an)、氧化鋁等(deng)高溫加(jia)(jia)熱生(sheng)產(chan)工藝。
■熔鹽(yan)電加熱器(qi)控制系統概述:
1、有常規(gui)的電氣保護(hu),如流量和短路保護(hu)等。
2、有一套(tao)獨立(li)于溫度控制的超溫報警系統,當(dang)電(dian)加熱器(qi)內部溫度超過計(ji)定值時,它將不可自動(dong)復位地關閉電(dian)加熱器(qi),并輸出(chu)一個觸點(dian)信號(hao)。
3、有一套(tao)獨立的低液位報警,當液位低于要求值(zhi)時(shi),它將自動關閉電加熱器,并(bing)輸出一個(ge)信(xin)號(hao)。
4、提供(gong)數個聯鎖接口(kou),以(yi)便和其它(ta)設備(bei)如(ru)泵、流(liu)量(liang)(liang)(壓(ya)力)開關等裝置聯鎖,確(que)保加(jia)熱器(qi)加(jia)熱時有一定(ding)流(liu)量(liang)(liang)的(de)介質在流(liu)動,保證系統的(de)安(an)全。
5、控制可以(yi)向DCS系統提供(gong)加熱系統處于運行、停止(zhi)、超溫(wen)(wen)報警(jing)、液位信(xin)號(hao)(低(di)液位報警(jing))、互鎖狀態、溫(wen)(wen)度(du)信(xin)號(hao)(4~20mA)等信(xin)號(hao),除溫(wen)(wen)度(du)信(xin)號(hao)外(wai),它們均為無源觸(chu)點;可以(yi)接受(shou)DCS發出的啟動、停止(zhi)操(cao)作命令(ling),要(yao)求的觸(chu)點容量亦為220V 1A。
6、具(ju)有PID溫(wen)度調節(jie)功能(neng),加熱系(xi)統可(ke)以(yi)通(tong)過程序設置(zhi)介質(zhi)的(de)(de)(de)(de)升溫(wen)曲線,并能(neng)在流(liu)量不足或停(ting)止加熱后(hou),根據(ju)工藝要(yao)求(qiu)控(kong)(kong)(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)泵(beng),本控(kong)(kong)(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)系(xi)統采用(yong)多級控(kong)(kong)(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)技術,即把(ba)加熱器(qi)分(fen)成幾組,其(qi)中一組也就是(shi)很大的(de)(de)(de)(de)一組可(ke)以(yi)無(wu)級調壓,根據(ju)出口溫(wen)度,經(jing)運(yun)算后(hou),控(kong)(kong)(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)系(xi)統自動(dong)控(kong)(kong)(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)加熱器(qi)每組的(de)(de)(de)(de)通(tong)斷(duan)和另一組加熱器(qi)的(de)(de)(de)(de)輸出功率(lv),達到(dao)無(wu)級調功。這樣,能(neng)很有效(xiao)地(di)達到(dao)提高控(kong)(kong)(kong)溫(wen)精(jing)度的(de)(de)(de)(de)目的(de)(de)(de)(de)。
