熔(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)電(dian)加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)器(qi)是一(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)種電(dian)加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)設(she)備(bei),用于(yu)對(dui)流動的液態(tai)、氣態(tai)介質的升溫(wen)(wen)、保溫(wen)(wen)、加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)。熔(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)電(dian)加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)器(qi)利用特(te)殊管狀電(dian)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)元件結合(he)法蘭(lan)集(ji)束的形式與壓(ya)力(li)容器(qi)組成(cheng)(cheng)一(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)個供熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)整體(ti),利用加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)二元熔(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)或(huo)三(san)元熔(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)作為(wei)加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)介質。一(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)般這種加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)方式與熔(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)罐(guan)(guan)組成(cheng)(cheng)一(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)個整體(ti),當(dang)常溫(wen)(wen)下的硝鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)倒入(ru)熔(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)罐(guan)(guan)中以后,利用熔(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)罐(guan)(guan)內的少量電(dian)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)元件給其(qi)(qi)預熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)(re),使之變為(wei)液態(tai),然后通過熔(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)泵抽取熔(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)往加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)器(qi)內部流,進一(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)步給熔(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)增溫(wen)(wen),到達熔(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)器(qi)出口(kou)處已經基本完成(cheng)(cheng)加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)的目(mu)的,并與用戶的用熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)設(she)備(bei)形成(cheng)(cheng)一(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)個循(xun)環的整體(ti),源(yuan)源(yuan)不斷的給其(qi)(qi)加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)(re),從而滿足工(gong)藝的要求。
■熔(rong)鹽(yan)電(dian)加熱器應(ying)用范圍:
熔(rong)鹽電加(jia)熱(re)器(qi)廣泛(fan)應用于儲(chu)能、儲(chu)熱(re)、火電調峰、化肥、三聚氫(qing)胺、氧(yang)化鋁等高(gao)溫加(jia)熱(re)生產(chan)工(gong)藝。
■熔鹽電加熱器(qi)控制系統概述:
1、有常(chang)規的電氣保(bao)護,如流(liu)量和短路保(bao)護等。
2、有(you)一(yi)(yi)套(tao)獨立(li)于溫(wen)度控制的超溫(wen)報警系統,當電(dian)(dian)加(jia)(jia)熱(re)器內部溫(wen)度超過計定值時,它(ta)將不可自動復位地關閉電(dian)(dian)加(jia)(jia)熱(re)器,并輸出一(yi)(yi)個觸(chu)點信號。
3、有一(yi)套獨立的低(di)液位報警,當液位低(di)于要求值時,它(ta)將自動關(guan)閉電加(jia)熱器,并輸出(chu)一(yi)個(ge)信號(hao)。
4、提供數個聯鎖接口,以便和其它設備如泵(beng)、流量(liang)(壓(ya)力(li))開關(guan)等裝置(zhi)聯鎖,確保加熱器加熱時有一定流量(liang)的介質(zhi)在(zai)流動(dong),保證系統的安全。
5、控制(zhi)可以向DCS系(xi)統(tong)提供加熱系(xi)統(tong)處于運行、停止(zhi)、超溫(wen)報警、液(ye)位信號(低液(ye)位報警)、互鎖狀態、溫(wen)度(du)(du)信號(4~20mA)等信號,除溫(wen)度(du)(du)信號外(wai),它們均為(wei)無源觸點;可以接受DCS發出的啟動、停止(zhi)操(cao)作命令(ling),要求的觸點容量亦為(wei)220V 1A。
6、具有PID溫(wen)度(du)調(diao)節功(gong)能,加熱(re)系統可以通(tong)過程序(xu)設置介(jie)質的(de)升溫(wen)曲(qu)線(xian),并(bing)能在流量不足或停(ting)止加熱(re)后,根據(ju)工藝要(yao)求控制(zhi)(zhi)泵(beng),本控制(zhi)(zhi)系統采(cai)用多級(ji)控制(zhi)(zhi)技術,即把加熱(re)器分成幾組(zu)(zu),其中一組(zu)(zu)也就是很大的(de)一組(zu)(zu)可以無(wu)級(ji)調(diao)壓,根據(ju)出口溫(wen)度(du),經運算后,控制(zhi)(zhi)系統自動控制(zhi)(zhi)加熱(re)器每組(zu)(zu)的(de)通(tong)斷和(he)另一組(zu)(zu)加熱(re)器的(de)輸出功(gong)率,達到無(wu)級(ji)調(diao)功(gong)。這樣(yang),能很有效地(di)達到提高控溫(wen)精(jing)度(du)的(de)目的(de)。
