熔(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)電(dian)(dian)加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)器(qi)是一(yi)種(zhong)電(dian)(dian)加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)設備,用于對流動的(de)液(ye)態(tai)、氣態(tai)介(jie)質(zhi)的(de)升溫、保溫、加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)。熔(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)電(dian)(dian)加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)器(qi)利(li)用特殊管狀電(dian)(dian)熱(re)(re)(re)元件(jian)結合法蘭(lan)集束(shu)的(de)形式(shi)(shi)與(yu)壓力容器(qi)組(zu)成(cheng)一(yi)個(ge)供熱(re)(re)(re)整(zheng)體(ti)(ti),利(li)用加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)二元熔(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)或三元熔(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)作為加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)介(jie)質(zhi)。一(yi)般(ban)這種(zhong)加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)方式(shi)(shi)與(yu)熔(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)罐(guan)組(zu)成(cheng)一(yi)個(ge)整(zheng)體(ti)(ti),當常溫下的(de)硝鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)倒入熔(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)罐(guan)中以(yi)后(hou),利(li)用熔(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)罐(guan)內的(de)少量電(dian)(dian)熱(re)(re)(re)元件(jian)給其預熱(re)(re)(re),使之變為液(ye)態(tai),然后(hou)通(tong)過熔(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)泵抽(chou)取熔(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)往加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)器(qi)內部流,進一(yi)步給熔(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)增溫,到達熔(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)器(qi)出口處(chu)已(yi)經基本完成(cheng)加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)的(de)目的(de),并與(yu)用戶的(de)用熱(re)(re)(re)設備形成(cheng)一(yi)個(ge)循環的(de)整(zheng)體(ti)(ti),源(yuan)(yuan)源(yuan)(yuan)不斷的(de)給其加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re),從而(er)滿足工藝的(de)要求。
■熔鹽電加熱器(qi)應用(yong)范(fan)圍:
熔鹽電(dian)加(jia)熱(re)器廣泛(fan)應用于(yu)儲能(neng)、儲熱(re)、火電(dian)調(diao)峰、化肥、三聚氫胺、氧(yang)化鋁等高溫加(jia)熱(re)生(sheng)產(chan)工藝。
■熔鹽電(dian)加熱器控制系(xi)統概(gai)述:
1、有常規的電氣保護,如流量和短路(lu)保護等(deng)。
2、有一套獨立于溫(wen)度(du)控(kong)制(zhi)的超(chao)溫(wen)報警系統,當(dang)電加熱器內部溫(wen)度(du)超(chao)過計(ji)定值(zhi)時,它將不可自動復位地關閉電加熱器,并輸出一個(ge)觸點(dian)信號。
3、有一套獨立的低(di)液位報警(jing),當液位低(di)于要求(qiu)值時(shi),它將自動關閉電加熱器(qi),并輸出一個(ge)信號。
4、提供數個聯鎖接口,以便和其它設備如泵、流(liu)(liu)量(liang)(壓力)開關等裝置聯鎖,確保加熱器(qi)加熱時有一定流(liu)(liu)量(liang)的介(jie)質在流(liu)(liu)動,保證系統(tong)的安全。
5、控制可(ke)以(yi)(yi)向DCS系(xi)(xi)統提供加熱系(xi)(xi)統處于運行(xing)、停止(zhi)、超溫(wen)報警、液位信(xin)(xin)號(hao)(低液位報警)、互鎖狀態、溫(wen)度信(xin)(xin)號(hao)(4~20mA)等(deng)信(xin)(xin)號(hao),除溫(wen)度信(xin)(xin)號(hao)外,它們均為無源觸(chu)點(dian);可(ke)以(yi)(yi)接受(shou)DCS發出的啟動、停止(zhi)操作命令,要求(qiu)的觸(chu)點(dian)容(rong)量亦(yi)為220V 1A。
6、具有PID溫度調(diao)節功(gong)能(neng),加熱系(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)可以(yi)通過程(cheng)序設(she)置介質的(de)升溫曲線,并能(neng)在流(liu)量不(bu)足(zu)或停止加熱后(hou),根據(ju)工(gong)藝要求控(kong)制(zhi)泵,本(ben)控(kong)制(zhi)系(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)采用多級(ji)控(kong)制(zhi)技術(shu),即把加熱器分成幾組(zu),其(qi)中一組(zu)也就是(shi)很大的(de)一組(zu)可以(yi)無級(ji)調(diao)壓,根據(ju)出口溫度,經運算(suan)后(hou),控(kong)制(zhi)系(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)自動控(kong)制(zhi)加熱器每組(zu)的(de)通斷(duan)和另一組(zu)加熱器的(de)輸出功(gong)率,達到(dao)無級(ji)調(diao)功(gong)。這(zhe)樣(yang),能(neng)很有效地達到(dao)提(ti)高(gao)控(kong)溫精(jing)度的(de)目的(de)。
