■熔鹽電加熱器:
熔(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)電(dian)(dian)(dian)加熱(re)(re)(re)(re)器(qi)是一(yi)種電(dian)(dian)(dian)加熱(re)(re)(re)(re)設備,用于(yu)對流(liu)動的(de)(de)液態(tai)、氣態(tai)介質的(de)(de)升溫(wen)、保溫(wen)、加熱(re)(re)(re)(re)。熔(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)電(dian)(dian)(dian)加熱(re)(re)(re)(re)器(qi)利(li)用特殊管狀電(dian)(dian)(dian)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)元(yuan)(yuan)件(jian)結合法蘭集束的(de)(de)形(xing)式與壓力(li)容器(qi)組(zu)成(cheng)(cheng)一(yi)個(ge)供熱(re)(re)(re)(re)整體(ti),利(li)用加熱(re)(re)(re)(re)二元(yuan)(yuan)熔(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)或三元(yuan)(yuan)熔(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)作為加熱(re)(re)(re)(re)介質。一(yi)般這種加熱(re)(re)(re)(re)方式與熔(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)罐(guan)組(zu)成(cheng)(cheng)一(yi)個(ge)整體(ti),當常溫(wen)下的(de)(de)硝鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)倒入熔(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)罐(guan)中以(yi)后,利(li)用熔(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)罐(guan)內的(de)(de)少量電(dian)(dian)(dian)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)元(yuan)(yuan)件(jian)給(gei)其預(yu)熱(re)(re)(re)(re),使(shi)之變為液態(tai),然后通過熔(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)泵抽取(qu)熔(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)往加熱(re)(re)(re)(re)器(qi)內部流(liu),進(jin)一(yi)步給(gei)熔(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)增溫(wen),到(dao)達熔(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)加熱(re)(re)(re)(re)器(qi)出口(kou)處已(yi)經基本(ben)完成(cheng)(cheng)加熱(re)(re)(re)(re)的(de)(de)目的(de)(de),并與用戶(hu)的(de)(de)用熱(re)(re)(re)(re)設備形(xing)成(cheng)(cheng)一(yi)個(ge)循(xun)環(huan)的(de)(de)整體(ti),源(yuan)源(yuan)不斷的(de)(de)給(gei)其加熱(re)(re)(re)(re),從而滿(man)足工藝的(de)(de)要求(qiu)。
■熔鹽電加熱(re)器應(ying)用范圍:
熔鹽(yan)電加熱(re)器廣泛應用于儲(chu)能、儲(chu)熱(re)、火電調峰、化(hua)肥、三聚(ju)氫胺、氧化(hua)鋁等(deng)高溫(wen)加熱(re)生產(chan)工(gong)藝(yi)。
■熔鹽(yan)電加熱器控制系統概述:
1、有常(chang)規的電(dian)氣保護(hu),如流量和(he)短路(lu)保護(hu)等。
2、有一套獨立于(yu)溫度控制的超(chao)溫報警系統,當(dang)電(dian)加熱器內部溫度超(chao)過(guo)計定值時,它(ta)將不可自動復位地關(guan)閉電(dian)加熱器,并輸出一個觸點信號(hao)。
3、有一套獨立(li)的低液(ye)位報警(jing),當液(ye)位低于要求值時,它將自動(dong)關閉電加熱器,并輸出一個信號。
4、提供(gong)數個聯(lian)鎖接(jie)口,以便和其它設(she)備如泵(beng)、流量(liang)(壓力(li))開(kai)關等裝置聯(lian)鎖,確保加(jia)熱器(qi)加(jia)熱時有一定流量(liang)的介(jie)質在(zai)流動,保證系統的安全。
5、控制可以(yi)向DCS系統提供加熱系統處于運行、停止(zhi)、超溫(wen)報(bao)(bao)警、液位信號(低液位報(bao)(bao)警)、互鎖狀態(tai)、溫(wen)度信號(4~20mA)等信號,除溫(wen)度信號外(wai),它們(men)均為無源觸點;可以(yi)接受(shou)DCS發(fa)出的啟(qi)動、停止(zhi)操作(zuo)命令,要求的觸點容量亦為220V 1A。
6、具有PID溫(wen)度調(diao)節功能,加(jia)熱(re)系(xi)統可(ke)以通過程序設置介(jie)質的升溫(wen)曲線,并能在流量(liang)不足(zu)或停止加(jia)熱(re)后,根(gen)據(ju)工藝要求控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)泵,本(ben)控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)系(xi)統采用多級(ji)控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)技術,即把加(jia)熱(re)器分成幾(ji)組,其中一組也就是很大的一組可(ke)以無級(ji)調(diao)壓,根(gen)據(ju)出口溫(wen)度,經運算后,控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)系(xi)統自動控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)加(jia)熱(re)器每(mei)組的通斷和另一組加(jia)熱(re)器的輸(shu)出功率,達到(dao)無級(ji)調(diao)功。這樣,能很有效地達到(dao)提高控(kong)(kong)溫(wen)精度的目的。
