■熔鹽電加熱器:
熔(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)電(dian)(dian)加(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)器(qi)是(shi)一種(zhong)電(dian)(dian)加(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)設(she)備,用(yong)于對(dui)流動(dong)的(de)液(ye)態、氣(qi)態介質的(de)升溫、保溫、加(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)。熔(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)電(dian)(dian)加(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)器(qi)利用(yong)特殊管狀(zhuang)電(dian)(dian)熱(re)(re)(re)元件結(jie)合法蘭集束的(de)形式與壓力容器(qi)組成(cheng)(cheng)一個(ge)供熱(re)(re)(re)整體,利用(yong)加(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)二(er)元熔(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)或三元熔(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)作為加(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)介質。一般這種(zhong)加(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)方式與熔(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)罐組成(cheng)(cheng)一個(ge)整體,當常溫下的(de)硝鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)倒入熔(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)罐中以后,利用(yong)熔(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)罐內的(de)少量電(dian)(dian)熱(re)(re)(re)元件給(gei)(gei)其預熱(re)(re)(re),使(shi)之變為液(ye)態,然后通過熔(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)泵抽取熔(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)往加(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)器(qi)內部(bu)流,進一步給(gei)(gei)熔(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)增溫,到達熔(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)加(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)器(qi)出口處(chu)已(yi)經基本完成(cheng)(cheng)加(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)的(de)目(mu)的(de),并與用(yong)戶的(de)用(yong)熱(re)(re)(re)設(she)備形成(cheng)(cheng)一個(ge)循環的(de)整體,源(yuan)源(yuan)不斷(duan)的(de)給(gei)(gei)其加(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re),從而滿(man)足工(gong)藝的(de)要(yao)求。
■熔鹽電加熱(re)器應用范圍:
熔鹽(yan)電(dian)(dian)加熱器廣泛應(ying)用于儲能、儲熱、火電(dian)(dian)調(diao)峰、化肥(fei)、三聚氫胺、氧化鋁等高(gao)溫加熱生產工藝。
■熔(rong)鹽電(dian)加熱器(qi)控制系(xi)統概述:
1、有常規的電氣保護,如流量和短路保護等。
2、有一套獨立于溫(wen)度控制(zhi)的超(chao)溫(wen)報警系統,當電加(jia)熱器內部溫(wen)度超(chao)過計(ji)定值時,它將不(bu)可自(zi)動復(fu)位(wei)地關(guan)閉電加(jia)熱器,并輸出一個觸(chu)點信號。
3、有一(yi)套獨立的低液位報警,當液位低于要求值時,它將自動關閉(bi)電(dian)加熱器,并輸出一(yi)個信號。
4、提供數個聯鎖(suo)接(jie)口,以(yi)便和(he)其它設(she)備如泵、流量(壓力)開關等(deng)裝置聯鎖(suo),確(que)保加熱(re)器(qi)加熱(re)時有一定流量的介質在(zai)流動,保證(zheng)系(xi)統的安全。
5、控(kong)制可(ke)以向DCS系(xi)統(tong)提(ti)供(gong)加(jia)熱(re)系(xi)統(tong)處于運行、停止(zhi)、超溫報警、液(ye)位(wei)信(xin)號(hao)(低(di)液(ye)位(wei)報警)、互鎖(suo)狀(zhuang)態、溫度信(xin)號(hao)(4~20mA)等信(xin)號(hao),除溫度信(xin)號(hao)外,它們均為無源觸點;可(ke)以接受(shou)DCS發(fa)出(chu)的(de)啟動、停止(zhi)操作命令,要(yao)求(qiu)的(de)觸點容量亦(yi)為220V 1A。
6、具有PID溫度調節功(gong)能,加熱(re)系統(tong)可以通過程序設(she)置介(jie)質的(de)(de)(de)(de)升溫曲線,并能在(zai)流量不足或停止加熱(re)后(hou),根據工(gong)藝要求控(kong)制(zhi)泵(beng),本控(kong)制(zhi)系統(tong)采用多級控(kong)制(zhi)技術(shu),即把加熱(re)器(qi)分成(cheng)幾組(zu),其中一組(zu)也就是很(hen)大的(de)(de)(de)(de)一組(zu)可以無(wu)級調壓,根據出(chu)口溫度,經(jing)運算(suan)后(hou),控(kong)制(zhi)系統(tong)自動控(kong)制(zhi)加熱(re)器(qi)每(mei)組(zu)的(de)(de)(de)(de)通斷和另一組(zu)加熱(re)器(qi)的(de)(de)(de)(de)輸出(chu)功(gong)率,達到無(wu)級調功(gong)。這樣,能很(hen)有效地達到提(ti)高控(kong)溫精度的(de)(de)(de)(de)目的(de)(de)(de)(de)。
