■熔(rong)鹽電(dian)加熱(re)器應用范圍:
熔鹽電(dian)加熱(re)器(qi)廣泛應(ying)用于儲能、儲熱(re)、火電(dian)調峰、化肥、三聚氫(qing)胺、氧化鋁(lv)等(deng)高溫(wen)加熱(re)生產工藝。
■熔鹽電加熱器控制系統(tong)概述:
1、有常規(gui)的電(dian)氣(qi)保護,如流量(liang)和短路保護等。
2、有一套獨立于溫(wen)度控制的(de)超(chao)溫(wen)報警系統,當電加熱(re)器內部溫(wen)度超(chao)過計定值(zhi)時,它將不可自(zi)動復位地(di)關(guan)閉電加熱(re)器,并輸出一個(ge)觸點信號(hao)。
3、有一套獨立(li)的低液(ye)位報警,當(dang)液(ye)位低于要(yao)求值時,它將(jiang)自動關閉電加(jia)熱器(qi),并輸出一個(ge)信號。
4、提供數個聯鎖接口,以便和(he)其(qi)它設備如(ru)泵(beng)、流(liu)量(liang)(壓力)開(kai)關等裝置聯鎖,確保(bao)加(jia)熱器加(jia)熱時有一定流(liu)量(liang)的介質(zhi)在流(liu)動,保(bao)證系統的安全。
5、控制可以向DCS系統提(ti)供加熱系統處于運行、停止、超溫報(bao)(bao)警、液(ye)位(wei)信號(hao)(低液(ye)位(wei)報(bao)(bao)警)、互鎖狀態、溫度信號(hao)(4~20mA)等信號(hao),除溫度信號(hao)外,它們均為(wei)無源觸點;可以接受(shou)DCS發出的啟動(dong)、停止操作(zuo)命(ming)令,要(yao)求的觸點容量亦為(wei)220V 1A。
6、具有PID溫度(du)調節功能(neng),加(jia)熱系(xi)統(tong)可(ke)以(yi)(yi)通過程序設置介質的(de)(de)升溫曲線,并能(neng)在流量不足或停止加(jia)熱后(hou),根(gen)據(ju)工藝要求控制泵,本(ben)控制系(xi)統(tong)采用多級(ji)控制技術,即(ji)把加(jia)熱器(qi)分成幾(ji)組(zu),其中一(yi)組(zu)也就(jiu)是(shi)很大的(de)(de)一(yi)組(zu)可(ke)以(yi)(yi)無(wu)級(ji)調壓,根(gen)據(ju)出口溫度(du),經(jing)運算后(hou),控制系(xi)統(tong)自動控制加(jia)熱器(qi)每組(zu)的(de)(de)通斷和另(ling)一(yi)組(zu)加(jia)熱器(qi)的(de)(de)輸(shu)出功率(lv),達(da)到無(wu)級(ji)調功。這樣(yang),能(neng)很有效地達(da)到提高控溫精度(du)的(de)(de)目的(de)(de)。
