熔(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)電加(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)器(qi)(qi)是一(yi)種電加(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)設(she)備(bei),用(yong)(yong)于對流(liu)動的液態(tai)、氣態(tai)介(jie)質的升(sheng)溫、保溫、加(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)。熔(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)電加(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)器(qi)(qi)利(li)用(yong)(yong)特殊管(guan)狀電熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)元(yuan)(yuan)件(jian)結合法蘭(lan)集束的形式與壓力容器(qi)(qi)組(zu)成一(yi)個(ge)(ge)供(gong)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)整(zheng)(zheng)體,利(li)用(yong)(yong)加(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)二元(yuan)(yuan)熔(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)或三元(yuan)(yuan)熔(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)作為(wei)加(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)介(jie)質。一(yi)般這種加(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)方式與熔(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)罐(guan)組(zu)成一(yi)個(ge)(ge)整(zheng)(zheng)體,當常溫下的硝鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)倒入熔(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)罐(guan)中以后(hou),利(li)用(yong)(yong)熔(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)罐(guan)內的少量電熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)元(yuan)(yuan)件(jian)給其預熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re),使之(zhi)變為(wei)液態(tai),然后(hou)通過熔(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)泵抽取熔(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)往加(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)器(qi)(qi)內部(bu)流(liu),進一(yi)步給熔(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)增溫,到達熔(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)加(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)器(qi)(qi)出口處已經基本完成加(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)的目的,并(bing)與用(yong)(yong)戶的用(yong)(yong)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)設(she)備(bei)形成一(yi)個(ge)(ge)循環的整(zheng)(zheng)體,源源不斷的給其加(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re),從而滿足(zu)工藝的要求。
■熔鹽電加熱(re)器應用范圍:
熔鹽電(dian)(dian)加(jia)(jia)熱器廣泛應用于儲(chu)能、儲(chu)熱、火電(dian)(dian)調峰、化肥、三聚氫(qing)胺(an)、氧化鋁等高溫加(jia)(jia)熱生產工藝。
■熔鹽電加熱器控制系(xi)統概述:
1、有常(chang)規(gui)的電氣保護(hu),如流量和短路保護(hu)等。
2、有一(yi)套獨(du)立于溫(wen)度(du)控制(zhi)的超(chao)溫(wen)報(bao)警系統,當電加熱器內部溫(wen)度(du)超(chao)過計(ji)定值時,它將(jiang)不可(ke)自動(dong)復(fu)位地關閉電加熱器,并輸出一(yi)個觸點信(xin)號。
3、有一套獨立的低液位(wei)報(bao)警,當(dang)液位(wei)低于(yu)要求值(zhi)時,它將自動關閉電(dian)加熱器,并輸(shu)出(chu)一個信號。
4、提供數個聯(lian)鎖接口(kou),以便和(he)其它(ta)設(she)備如泵、流量(liang)(壓(ya)力)開關等裝(zhuang)置聯(lian)鎖,確(que)保(bao)加(jia)熱器加(jia)熱時有一(yi)定流量(liang)的介質在流動,保(bao)證系統的安全。
5、控制可以(yi)向DCS系統提供加熱系統處于運行、停止、超溫(wen)報(bao)警、液位信號(hao)(低液位報(bao)警)、互鎖(suo)狀(zhuang)態、溫(wen)度信號(hao)(4~20mA)等信號(hao),除(chu)溫(wen)度信號(hao)外(wai),它們均為(wei)無源觸點;可以(yi)接受DCS發(fa)出的啟(qi)動、停止操(cao)作命令,要求的觸點容量亦為(wei)220V 1A。
6、具有(you)PID溫(wen)(wen)(wen)度(du)調節功(gong)能(neng),加熱(re)(re)系(xi)統可(ke)以通過程序(xu)設置介質的(de)升溫(wen)(wen)(wen)曲線,并能(neng)在流量(liang)不足或停止加熱(re)(re)后,根(gen)據(ju)工藝要求控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)泵,本(ben)控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)系(xi)統采用多(duo)級控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)技術,即把加熱(re)(re)器分成幾(ji)組,其中一(yi)(yi)組也(ye)就(jiu)是很大的(de)一(yi)(yi)組可(ke)以無級調壓,根(gen)據(ju)出口溫(wen)(wen)(wen)度(du),經運算后,控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)系(xi)統自動控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)加熱(re)(re)器每組的(de)通斷和另一(yi)(yi)組加熱(re)(re)器的(de)輸出功(gong)率(lv),達到(dao)無級調功(gong)。這樣,能(neng)很有(you)效地達到(dao)提高控(kong)(kong)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)精度(du)的(de)目的(de)。
