■熔鹽電加熱器:
熔(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)電(dian)加(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)器是一種電(dian)加(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)設備,用(yong)于對流動(dong)的(de)(de)(de)液(ye)態、氣態介(jie)質的(de)(de)(de)升溫(wen)、保溫(wen)、加(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)。熔(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)電(dian)加(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)器利(li)用(yong)特(te)殊管狀(zhuang)電(dian)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)元件結合(he)法蘭(lan)集(ji)束的(de)(de)(de)形式(shi)與壓力容器組成(cheng)一個(ge)供熱(re)(re)(re)(re)整(zheng)(zheng)體(ti)(ti),利(li)用(yong)加(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)二元熔(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)或三元熔(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)作為(wei)加(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)介(jie)質。一般這種加(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)方式(shi)與熔(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)罐組成(cheng)一個(ge)整(zheng)(zheng)體(ti)(ti),當常溫(wen)下的(de)(de)(de)硝鹽(yan)(yan)倒入熔(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)罐中以后,利(li)用(yong)熔(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)罐內的(de)(de)(de)少量電(dian)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)元件給(gei)其(qi)預(yu)熱(re)(re)(re)(re),使之變(bian)為(wei)液(ye)態,然后通過熔(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)泵抽取(qu)熔(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)往加(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)器內部流,進(jin)一步(bu)給(gei)熔(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)增溫(wen),到(dao)達熔(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)加(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)器出口處(chu)已經基本完成(cheng)加(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)的(de)(de)(de)目的(de)(de)(de),并與用(yong)戶的(de)(de)(de)用(yong)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)設備形成(cheng)一個(ge)循環(huan)的(de)(de)(de)整(zheng)(zheng)體(ti)(ti),源源不斷的(de)(de)(de)給(gei)其(qi)加(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re),從(cong)而滿(man)足工藝的(de)(de)(de)要求(qiu)。
■熔鹽電(dian)加(jia)熱器應用范圍(wei):
熔鹽電加(jia)熱(re)器廣泛應用(yong)于儲能、儲熱(re)、火(huo)電調峰、化肥、三聚(ju)氫胺、氧化鋁等高溫加(jia)熱(re)生(sheng)產工藝。
■熔鹽電加熱器控制系統概述:
1、有(you)常規的電氣保護,如流(liu)量和短路(lu)保護等(deng)。
2、有一(yi)套(tao)獨(du)立于溫度控制的超溫報(bao)警系統(tong),當電加(jia)熱器(qi)內部溫度超過計(ji)定值時,它(ta)將(jiang)不(bu)可自動復位地關閉電加(jia)熱器(qi),并輸出一(yi)個觸(chu)點信號(hao)。
3、有一(yi)套(tao)獨立的低液(ye)(ye)位報警,當液(ye)(ye)位低于要求值時,它將自動關(guan)閉電(dian)加熱(re)器,并輸出一(yi)個信號。
4、提供數個(ge)聯(lian)鎖(suo)接(jie)口,以便和其它(ta)設備(bei)如泵、流(liu)量(壓力)開關等裝置(zhi)聯(lian)鎖(suo),確保(bao)(bao)加(jia)熱器加(jia)熱時有一定流(liu)量的介質在流(liu)動(dong),保(bao)(bao)證系統的安(an)全。
5、控(kong)制可以向(xiang)DCS系(xi)統(tong)提(ti)供加熱系(xi)統(tong)處于運行、停止、超溫報(bao)警、液位信號(hao)(低液位報(bao)警)、互鎖(suo)狀態、溫度(du)信號(hao)(4~20mA)等(deng)信號(hao),除溫度(du)信號(hao)外,它們均為無源觸點;可以接受DCS發出的啟動(dong)、停止操作命令(ling),要求(qiu)的觸點容量亦為220V 1A。
6、具有PID溫(wen)度調(diao)節功(gong)能,加(jia)(jia)熱(re)系(xi)統可以通過程序設置介(jie)質的(de)升溫(wen)曲線(xian),并(bing)能在流(liu)量不足或停止加(jia)(jia)熱(re)后,根(gen)據(ju)工(gong)藝要求控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)泵(beng),本控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)系(xi)統采用多級控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)技(ji)術,即把(ba)加(jia)(jia)熱(re)器分成幾(ji)組,其(qi)中一(yi)組也(ye)就是很大的(de)一(yi)組可以無(wu)級調(diao)壓,根(gen)據(ju)出口溫(wen)度,經運算后,控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)系(xi)統自(zi)動(dong)控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)加(jia)(jia)熱(re)器每組的(de)通斷(duan)和(he)另一(yi)組加(jia)(jia)熱(re)器的(de)輸出功(gong)率,達(da)到無(wu)級調(diao)功(gong)。這樣,能很有效地達(da)到提(ti)高(gao)控(kong)(kong)溫(wen)精(jing)度的(de)目的(de)。
