熔(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)電(dian)(dian)加(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)器(qi)(qi)是一(yi)種電(dian)(dian)加(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)設(she)(she)備,用(yong)(yong)(yong)于對流動的(de)(de)(de)(de)液態、氣態介質(zhi)的(de)(de)(de)(de)升溫、保溫、加(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)。熔(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)電(dian)(dian)加(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)器(qi)(qi)利(li)用(yong)(yong)(yong)特殊管(guan)狀電(dian)(dian)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)元(yuan)件(jian)結合法(fa)蘭集束的(de)(de)(de)(de)形(xing)式與壓(ya)力容器(qi)(qi)組成(cheng)一(yi)個供熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)整(zheng)體,利(li)用(yong)(yong)(yong)加(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)二元(yuan)熔(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)或三元(yuan)熔(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)作為加(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)介質(zhi)。一(yi)般這種加(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)方式與熔(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)罐組成(cheng)一(yi)個整(zheng)體,當常溫下的(de)(de)(de)(de)硝鹽(yan)倒入熔(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)罐中以后(hou),利(li)用(yong)(yong)(yong)熔(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)罐內的(de)(de)(de)(de)少(shao)量電(dian)(dian)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)元(yuan)件(jian)給(gei)其預熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re),使之變為液態,然后(hou)通過熔(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)泵(beng)抽取熔(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)往加(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)器(qi)(qi)內部流,進一(yi)步(bu)給(gei)熔(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)增溫,到達熔(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)加(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)器(qi)(qi)出口處已經基本完成(cheng)加(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)的(de)(de)(de)(de)目的(de)(de)(de)(de),并與用(yong)(yong)(yong)戶的(de)(de)(de)(de)用(yong)(yong)(yong)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)設(she)(she)備形(xing)成(cheng)一(yi)個循(xun)環的(de)(de)(de)(de)整(zheng)體,源源不斷的(de)(de)(de)(de)給(gei)其加(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re),從而滿(man)足(zu)工藝的(de)(de)(de)(de)要(yao)求。
■熔(rong)鹽電加熱器應(ying)用范圍:
熔鹽電加(jia)熱器廣泛應用(yong)于儲能、儲熱、火電調峰、化肥、三(san)聚(ju)氫胺、氧(yang)化鋁等高(gao)溫(wen)加(jia)熱生產(chan)工藝。
■熔鹽(yan)電加(jia)熱器控制系統(tong)概述:
1、有常規的電氣保護,如(ru)流量和短路保護等。
2、有一套獨(du)立于溫(wen)度控制(zhi)的超(chao)(chao)溫(wen)報警系統,當電加熱(re)器內(nei)部溫(wen)度超(chao)(chao)過(guo)計定(ding)值時,它(ta)將不可自動復位地(di)關閉電加熱(re)器,并輸(shu)出一個觸(chu)點信號(hao)。
3、有一(yi)套獨立的低(di)液位(wei)報警(jing),當液位(wei)低(di)于要求值時,它將自動關閉(bi)電(dian)加熱器,并輸出一(yi)個信號。
4、提供數個聯鎖接(jie)口(kou),以便和(he)其(qi)它設備如泵、流量(壓(ya)力(li))開關等裝置聯鎖,確(que)保加熱器加熱時有一定流量的介(jie)質在(zai)流動,保證(zheng)系統的安全。
5、控制可以向DCS系統(tong)(tong)提供加熱系統(tong)(tong)處于運行、停止、超(chao)溫報警、液位(wei)信(xin)號(hao)(低液位(wei)報警)、互鎖狀態、溫度信(xin)號(hao)(4~20mA)等信(xin)號(hao),除溫度信(xin)號(hao)外,它們均(jun)為無源(yuan)觸點;可以接(jie)受DCS發出的(de)啟動、停止操作命令,要求的(de)觸點容量亦為220V 1A。
6、具有PID溫度調節功能,加(jia)熱(re)系統(tong)可以(yi)通(tong)過程序(xu)設置(zhi)介質的(de)升溫曲線(xian),并能在(zai)流量不足或(huo)停止加(jia)熱(re)后(hou),根據(ju)工藝(yi)要求控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)泵,本控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)系統(tong)采用多級控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)技術,即把加(jia)熱(re)器分(fen)成幾組(zu),其中(zhong)一(yi)組(zu)也就是很大(da)的(de)一(yi)組(zu)可以(yi)無(wu)級調壓,根據(ju)出口(kou)溫度,經(jing)運算后(hou),控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)系統(tong)自(zi)動控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)加(jia)熱(re)器每組(zu)的(de)通(tong)斷和另一(yi)組(zu)加(jia)熱(re)器的(de)輸出功率,達到(dao)(dao)無(wu)級調功。這樣,能很有效(xiao)地達到(dao)(dao)提高控(kong)(kong)溫精度的(de)目的(de)。
