■熔鹽電加熱器:
熔(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)電(dian)(dian)加(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)器(qi)是一(yi)(yi)種電(dian)(dian)加(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)設備,用(yong)(yong)于(yu)對流動(dong)的(de)(de)液(ye)態(tai)、氣態(tai)介質(zhi)的(de)(de)升溫(wen)(wen)、保溫(wen)(wen)、加(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)。熔(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)電(dian)(dian)加(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)器(qi)利(li)(li)用(yong)(yong)特殊管狀電(dian)(dian)熱(re)(re)元(yuan)(yuan)件結(jie)合(he)法蘭集束的(de)(de)形(xing)式(shi)與(yu)(yu)壓力容器(qi)組(zu)(zu)成(cheng)一(yi)(yi)個(ge)供(gong)熱(re)(re)整(zheng)體(ti)(ti),利(li)(li)用(yong)(yong)加(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)二元(yuan)(yuan)熔(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)或三元(yuan)(yuan)熔(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)作為加(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)介質(zhi)。一(yi)(yi)般這種加(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)方式(shi)與(yu)(yu)熔(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)罐組(zu)(zu)成(cheng)一(yi)(yi)個(ge)整(zheng)體(ti)(ti),當常溫(wen)(wen)下(xia)的(de)(de)硝鹽(yan)(yan)倒入(ru)熔(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)罐中以后,利(li)(li)用(yong)(yong)熔(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)罐內(nei)的(de)(de)少量電(dian)(dian)熱(re)(re)元(yuan)(yuan)件給其預(yu)熱(re)(re),使之變為液(ye)態(tai),然后通過熔(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)泵抽取熔(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)往加(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)器(qi)內(nei)部流,進一(yi)(yi)步給熔(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)增(zeng)溫(wen)(wen),到達熔(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)加(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)器(qi)出口處已經(jing)基本(ben)完(wan)成(cheng)加(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)的(de)(de)目的(de)(de),并與(yu)(yu)用(yong)(yong)戶的(de)(de)用(yong)(yong)熱(re)(re)設備形(xing)成(cheng)一(yi)(yi)個(ge)循環的(de)(de)整(zheng)體(ti)(ti),源(yuan)源(yuan)不斷的(de)(de)給其加(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re),從而(er)滿足(zu)工藝的(de)(de)要求。
■熔鹽電加熱器(qi)應用范圍:
熔(rong)鹽(yan)電加熱器(qi)廣泛應用(yong)于儲能、儲熱、火(huo)電調峰、化肥、三(san)聚(ju)氫(qing)胺、氧化鋁等高溫加熱生產工藝。
■熔鹽電(dian)加熱器控制系統(tong)概述:
1、有(you)常規的電氣保(bao)護,如流(liu)量和短路保(bao)護等(deng)。
2、有一(yi)套獨立于溫度(du)控制的超溫報警系統,當(dang)電(dian)加(jia)熱器內部溫度(du)超過計定值時,它將不可自動復位地關閉電(dian)加(jia)熱器,并輸出一(yi)個觸點信號。
3、有一(yi)套(tao)獨(du)立(li)的低液位報(bao)警(jing),當液位低于要求值時(shi),它(ta)將自動關閉電加熱器,并輸(shu)出一(yi)個信號。
4、提供數個聯鎖(suo)接口,以便和其它設備如泵(beng)、流(liu)量(liang)(壓力)開關等裝置聯鎖(suo),確保加(jia)熱器加(jia)熱時有一定(ding)流(liu)量(liang)的介質在流(liu)動,保證(zheng)系統的安全。
5、控(kong)制可(ke)以向DCS系統(tong)提供(gong)加熱系統(tong)處于運行、停止、超溫報(bao)警(jing)、液位信號(低液位報(bao)警(jing))、互(hu)鎖狀態、溫度信號(4~20mA)等信號,除溫度信號外,它(ta)們(men)均為無源觸點(dian);可(ke)以接受DCS發(fa)出的啟動、停止操作命令,要求的觸點(dian)容量(liang)亦為220V 1A。
6、具(ju)有PID溫(wen)度調節功(gong)能,加(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)系(xi)統(tong)(tong)可以(yi)通過程序設置介質的升溫(wen)曲線,并能在流量不足或(huo)停止加(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)后,根據(ju)工藝要求控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)泵(beng),本控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)系(xi)統(tong)(tong)采用多級(ji)控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)技(ji)術,即把加(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)器分成(cheng)幾組,其中一(yi)組也(ye)就是很大的一(yi)組可以(yi)無級(ji)調壓,根據(ju)出口溫(wen)度,經(jing)運算后,控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)系(xi)統(tong)(tong)自動控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)加(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)器每組的通斷和另一(yi)組加(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)器的輸(shu)出功(gong)率,達(da)到無級(ji)調功(gong)。這樣,能很有效地(di)達(da)到提(ti)高控(kong)(kong)溫(wen)精度的目的。
