熔(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)電加(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)器是一種電加(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)設(she)備(bei),用(yong)(yong)于對流動的(de)(de)液(ye)態、氣態介質的(de)(de)升溫、保溫、加(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)。熔(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)電加(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)器利(li)用(yong)(yong)特殊管狀電熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)元件結(jie)合法蘭集束的(de)(de)形(xing)式與(yu)壓力容器組成(cheng)(cheng)一個供熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)整(zheng)體(ti),利(li)用(yong)(yong)加(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)二(er)元熔(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)或三元熔(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)作(zuo)為加(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)介質。一般這種加(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)方式與(yu)熔(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)罐組成(cheng)(cheng)一個整(zheng)體(ti),當常溫下的(de)(de)硝鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)倒入(ru)熔(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)罐中(zhong)以后(hou)(hou),利(li)用(yong)(yong)熔(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)罐內(nei)的(de)(de)少量電熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)元件給(gei)其預熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re),使之變為液(ye)態,然(ran)后(hou)(hou)通過熔(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)泵抽取熔(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)往加(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)器內(nei)部流,進一步(bu)給(gei)熔(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)增溫,到達熔(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)加(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)器出口處已經(jing)基本完成(cheng)(cheng)加(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)的(de)(de)目的(de)(de),并(bing)與(yu)用(yong)(yong)戶的(de)(de)用(yong)(yong)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)設(she)備(bei)形(xing)成(cheng)(cheng)一個循環的(de)(de)整(zheng)體(ti),源(yuan)源(yuan)不斷的(de)(de)給(gei)其加(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re),從而(er)滿(man)足工藝(yi)的(de)(de)要求。
■熔鹽電加熱(re)器應用(yong)范圍:
熔(rong)鹽電加熱器廣(guang)泛應用于(yu)儲能、儲熱、火電調峰、化肥、三(san)聚(ju)氫胺、氧化鋁(lv)等高溫加熱生產工藝。
■熔鹽電(dian)加熱器控制(zhi)系統概(gai)述(shu):
1、有常(chang)規的(de)電氣保護,如流量和短路(lu)保護等。
2、有一(yi)套獨立于溫度(du)控(kong)制的超溫報(bao)警系(xi)統,當電加熱器內部溫度(du)超過計定值時,它(ta)將不可自動復(fu)位地(di)關閉電加熱器,并輸出一(yi)個觸點(dian)信號。
3、有一套獨(du)立的(de)低液位報警,當液位低于(yu)要求值時,它(ta)將自動關閉電(dian)加熱(re)器,并(bing)輸(shu)出一個信號。
4、提(ti)供數個(ge)聯(lian)鎖接口,以便和其(qi)它設備如泵、流量(壓力(li))開關(guan)等裝置(zhi)聯(lian)鎖,確保加(jia)熱器加(jia)熱時有一定流量的介質在流動(dong),保證系統的安全。
5、控制可以向DCS系(xi)統(tong)提(ti)供加熱(re)系(xi)統(tong)處于運行、停(ting)止(zhi)、超溫報警、液位信(xin)(xin)號(hao)(低(di)液位報警)、互鎖狀態(tai)、溫度信(xin)(xin)號(hao)(4~20mA)等信(xin)(xin)號(hao),除溫度信(xin)(xin)號(hao)外,它們均為無源觸點;可以接(jie)受DCS發(fa)出的啟動、停(ting)止(zhi)操作命(ming)令,要求的觸點容量亦為220V 1A。
6、具(ju)有PID溫(wen)(wen)度(du)調節功能,加熱(re)(re)系(xi)統可以通(tong)(tong)過程序設(she)置介質的(de)升溫(wen)(wen)曲線,并能在流量不(bu)足(zu)或停止加熱(re)(re)后(hou),根據(ju)工藝(yi)要求控(kong)(kong)制泵,本控(kong)(kong)制系(xi)統采用多級(ji)控(kong)(kong)制技術(shu),即(ji)把加熱(re)(re)器(qi)分成幾(ji)組(zu)(zu),其中(zhong)一(yi)組(zu)(zu)也(ye)就是很(hen)大的(de)一(yi)組(zu)(zu)可以無(wu)級(ji)調壓,根據(ju)出(chu)口溫(wen)(wen)度(du),經運算后(hou),控(kong)(kong)制系(xi)統自動(dong)控(kong)(kong)制加熱(re)(re)器(qi)每組(zu)(zu)的(de)通(tong)(tong)斷和(he)另(ling)一(yi)組(zu)(zu)加熱(re)(re)器(qi)的(de)輸出(chu)功率,達到無(wu)級(ji)調功。這樣(yang),能很(hen)有效地達到提高控(kong)(kong)溫(wen)(wen)精度(du)的(de)目的(de)。
