熔(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)電(dian)加熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)器是(shi)一(yi)(yi)種(zhong)電(dian)加熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)設(she)備(bei),用(yong)于(yu)對流(liu)動的(de)(de)(de)液態、氣態介(jie)質(zhi)的(de)(de)(de)升溫(wen)(wen)、保(bao)溫(wen)(wen)、加熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)。熔(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)電(dian)加熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)器利用(yong)特殊(shu)管狀(zhuang)電(dian)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)元件(jian)結合(he)法蘭集(ji)束的(de)(de)(de)形式(shi)與(yu)壓力容(rong)器組(zu)成(cheng)(cheng)一(yi)(yi)個(ge)(ge)供(gong)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)整體(ti)(ti),利用(yong)加熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)二元熔(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)或三元熔(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)作(zuo)為加熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)介(jie)質(zhi)。一(yi)(yi)般這種(zhong)加熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)方式(shi)與(yu)熔(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)罐組(zu)成(cheng)(cheng)一(yi)(yi)個(ge)(ge)整體(ti)(ti),當(dang)常溫(wen)(wen)下的(de)(de)(de)硝(xiao)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)倒入熔(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)罐中以后,利用(yong)熔(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)罐內(nei)的(de)(de)(de)少(shao)量電(dian)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)元件(jian)給(gei)其(qi)(qi)預熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re),使之變(bian)為液態,然后通過(guo)熔(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)泵(beng)抽取熔(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)往加熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)器內(nei)部流(liu),進一(yi)(yi)步給(gei)熔(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)增溫(wen)(wen),到達熔(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)加熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)器出口處已經基本(ben)完成(cheng)(cheng)加熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)的(de)(de)(de)目的(de)(de)(de),并與(yu)用(yong)戶的(de)(de)(de)用(yong)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)設(she)備(bei)形成(cheng)(cheng)一(yi)(yi)個(ge)(ge)循環的(de)(de)(de)整體(ti)(ti),源源不斷的(de)(de)(de)給(gei)其(qi)(qi)加熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re),從而滿足(zu)工(gong)藝的(de)(de)(de)要(yao)求。
■熔鹽電加熱器應用范圍(wei):
熔(rong)鹽電加熱(re)器廣泛應用(yong)于儲(chu)(chu)能、儲(chu)(chu)熱(re)、火電調峰、化肥、三聚(ju)氫胺(an)、氧化鋁等高(gao)溫加熱(re)生(sheng)產工藝。
■熔(rong)鹽電加熱器控(kong)制(zhi)系統概述:
1、有常(chang)規(gui)的電(dian)氣(qi)保(bao)(bao)護,如流量和短(duan)路保(bao)(bao)護等。
2、有一(yi)套獨立于溫(wen)度(du)控制的超(chao)溫(wen)報警系統,當電(dian)加(jia)熱(re)器(qi)內(nei)部溫(wen)度(du)超(chao)過計(ji)定值(zhi)時,它將不可自動復(fu)位地關閉電(dian)加(jia)熱(re)器(qi),并輸出一(yi)個觸(chu)點信(xin)號。
3、有一套獨(du)立的低(di)液位(wei)報(bao)警,當液位(wei)低(di)于要求值時,它將自動關閉(bi)電加熱器,并輸(shu)出一個(ge)信號(hao)。
4、提供(gong)數(shu)個聯鎖(suo)接(jie)口,以便和其它設備如泵、流量(liang)(壓力)開關等裝置聯鎖(suo),確保加(jia)熱器加(jia)熱時有一定流量(liang)的介質在流動,保證系統(tong)的安(an)全。
5、控制(zhi)可以(yi)向DCS系(xi)統(tong)(tong)提(ti)供加熱系(xi)統(tong)(tong)處于運行、停止(zhi)、超溫報(bao)(bao)警、液位信(xin)號(hao)(低液位報(bao)(bao)警)、互鎖狀態、溫度信(xin)號(hao)(4~20mA)等信(xin)號(hao),除溫度信(xin)號(hao)外,它們均(jun)為無源(yuan)觸(chu)點;可以(yi)接受DCS發出(chu)的啟動、停止(zhi)操作命令,要求的觸(chu)點容量亦為220V 1A。
6、具有PID溫度(du)調(diao)節功能,加熱(re)系(xi)統可以通過程序設(she)置(zhi)介質的(de)升(sheng)溫曲線,并能在流量不足或停止(zhi)加熱(re)后,根(gen)(gen)據工藝要求控(kong)(kong)制泵(beng),本(ben)控(kong)(kong)制系(xi)統采(cai)用多級控(kong)(kong)制技術,即把加熱(re)器分成幾(ji)組,其中(zhong)一(yi)組也(ye)就(jiu)是很大的(de)一(yi)組可以無級調(diao)壓,根(gen)(gen)據出口溫度(du),經運算后,控(kong)(kong)制系(xi)統自動控(kong)(kong)制加熱(re)器每組的(de)通斷(duan)和另(ling)一(yi)組加熱(re)器的(de)輸出功率,達到(dao)無級調(diao)功。這(zhe)樣,能很有效地達到(dao)提高控(kong)(kong)溫精度(du)的(de)目的(de)。
