■熔鹽電加熱器應用范圍:
熔鹽電加熱(re)器(qi)廣泛應用于(yu)儲能、儲熱(re)、火電調峰、化(hua)肥(fei)、三(san)聚氫(qing)胺、氧化(hua)鋁(lv)等高(gao)溫(wen)加熱(re)生產工藝。
■熔鹽電加熱器(qi)控制系(xi)統概述(shu):
1、有常規的電氣保護,如流量和短(duan)路(lu)保護等。
2、有一(yi)套(tao)獨(du)立于(yu)溫度控制(zhi)的超溫報警系統,當(dang)電加熱(re)器內部溫度超過計定值時,它將不可(ke)自動復位地(di)關閉電加熱(re)器,并輸出一(yi)個觸點信號。
3、有一套獨立(li)的低液位(wei)報警,當(dang)液位(wei)低于要求值時(shi),它將自動(dong)關閉電加熱器(qi),并輸(shu)出(chu)一個(ge)信號(hao)。
4、提供數個聯(lian)鎖接口,以便和(he)其它(ta)設備如泵、流量(liang)(壓力)開(kai)關等(deng)裝置聯(lian)鎖,確保(bao)加熱器加熱時有一定(ding)流量(liang)的介質在(zai)流動(dong),保(bao)證系統的安全。
5、控制可以向(xiang)DCS系統(tong)提供加熱系統(tong)處于運行、停止(zhi)、超溫報警(jing)(jing)、液位信號(hao)(低液位報警(jing)(jing))、互鎖狀態、溫度信號(hao)(4~20mA)等(deng)信號(hao),除(chu)溫度信號(hao)外,它們(men)均為無源(yuan)觸(chu)點;可以接(jie)受DCS發(fa)出(chu)的(de)啟動、停止(zhi)操作命令,要求的(de)觸(chu)點容(rong)量亦為220V 1A。
6、具有PID溫度調(diao)節功(gong)能,加(jia)(jia)熱系(xi)統(tong)可以通(tong)過程序設(she)置(zhi)介質的(de)升溫曲線,并(bing)能在流量(liang)不足或停止加(jia)(jia)熱后,根據工藝要求控制(zhi)(zhi)泵,本控制(zhi)(zhi)系(xi)統(tong)采用多級控制(zhi)(zhi)技(ji)術,即把加(jia)(jia)熱器分成(cheng)幾組,其中一組也(ye)就是很(hen)大(da)的(de)一組可以無級調(diao)壓,根據出(chu)(chu)口溫度,經運算后,控制(zhi)(zhi)系(xi)統(tong)自(zi)動控制(zhi)(zhi)加(jia)(jia)熱器每組的(de)通(tong)斷(duan)和另一組加(jia)(jia)熱器的(de)輸出(chu)(chu)功(gong)率,達到(dao)無級調(diao)功(gong)。這樣,能很(hen)有效(xiao)地(di)達到(dao)提(ti)高(gao)控溫精度的(de)目的(de)。
