熔(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)電(dian)加(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)器是(shi)一(yi)種電(dian)加(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)設備,用(yong)(yong)于對流動(dong)的(de)液態(tai)、氣(qi)態(tai)介(jie)質的(de)升(sheng)溫、保溫、加(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)。熔(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)電(dian)加(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)器利(li)用(yong)(yong)特殊管狀(zhuang)電(dian)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)元(yuan)件(jian)結(jie)合法蘭(lan)集束的(de)形式與(yu)(yu)壓力容(rong)器組成一(yi)個供(gong)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)整體(ti),利(li)用(yong)(yong)加(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)二(er)元(yuan)熔(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)或三元(yuan)熔(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)作(zuo)為(wei)加(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)介(jie)質。一(yi)般(ban)這種加(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)方式與(yu)(yu)熔(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)罐組成一(yi)個整體(ti),當常(chang)溫下的(de)硝鹽(yan)(yan)倒入(ru)熔(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)罐中以后,利(li)用(yong)(yong)熔(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)罐內的(de)少量電(dian)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)元(yuan)件(jian)給其(qi)(qi)預熱(re)(re)(re)(re),使之變為(wei)液態(tai),然后通過熔(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)泵抽取熔(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)往加(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)器內部流,進一(yi)步給熔(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)增溫,到達熔(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)加(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)器出口處(chu)已經(jing)基(ji)本完成加(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)的(de)目(mu)的(de),并與(yu)(yu)用(yong)(yong)戶的(de)用(yong)(yong)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)設備形成一(yi)個循環的(de)整體(ti),源源不斷的(de)給其(qi)(qi)加(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re),從而滿足工(gong)藝的(de)要求。
■熔鹽電加(jia)熱(re)器應(ying)用范圍:
熔鹽電(dian)加熱器廣泛應用于(yu)儲(chu)能、儲(chu)熱、火電(dian)調峰、化肥、三聚氫(qing)胺、氧化鋁等高溫加熱生產工藝。
■熔鹽電加熱器控制(zhi)系統概述:
1、有常(chang)規的電氣保護,如流量(liang)和短(duan)路(lu)保護等(deng)。
2、有一(yi)套(tao)獨立(li)于溫(wen)度(du)控制的超(chao)溫(wen)報(bao)警系統,當電加(jia)熱器內部溫(wen)度(du)超(chao)過計定(ding)值時(shi),它(ta)將(jiang)不可自動復位地關閉電加(jia)熱器,并輸(shu)出一(yi)個觸(chu)點(dian)信號。
3、有一套獨立的低(di)(di)液位報警(jing),當液位低(di)(di)于要(yao)求(qiu)值時,它將自動關閉電(dian)加(jia)熱(re)器,并輸出一個信號。
4、提供數(shu)個聯鎖(suo)接口,以便和其它(ta)設(she)備如泵、流量(liang)(壓(ya)力)開(kai)關(guan)等裝(zhuang)置聯鎖(suo),確(que)保加(jia)熱器加(jia)熱時有一定流量(liang)的介質在流動,保證(zheng)系(xi)統的安全。
5、控制可(ke)以向DCS系統提供加熱系統處(chu)于運行、停止(zhi)、超溫(wen)(wen)報警、液(ye)位信(xin)號(低液(ye)位報警)、互鎖狀態、溫(wen)(wen)度信(xin)號(4~20mA)等(deng)信(xin)號,除溫(wen)(wen)度信(xin)號外,它(ta)們均(jun)為(wei)無源觸(chu)點(dian);可(ke)以接受DCS發出(chu)的(de)啟(qi)動、停止(zhi)操作命令,要求的(de)觸(chu)點(dian)容(rong)量亦為(wei)220V 1A。
6、具有(you)PID溫度(du)調(diao)節功能(neng),加(jia)熱(re)系統可(ke)(ke)以通(tong)(tong)過程序設置介(jie)質的(de)升溫曲(qu)線,并能(neng)在流(liu)量不足或(huo)停止加(jia)熱(re)后,根(gen)據工(gong)藝要求(qiu)控(kong)制(zhi)泵(beng),本控(kong)制(zhi)系統采用多級(ji)控(kong)制(zhi)技術,即把(ba)加(jia)熱(re)器(qi)分成幾(ji)組(zu),其(qi)中一(yi)組(zu)也就是(shi)很(hen)大(da)的(de)一(yi)組(zu)可(ke)(ke)以無級(ji)調(diao)壓,根(gen)據出口溫度(du),經(jing)運算后,控(kong)制(zhi)系統自動控(kong)制(zhi)加(jia)熱(re)器(qi)每組(zu)的(de)通(tong)(tong)斷和(he)另(ling)一(yi)組(zu)加(jia)熱(re)器(qi)的(de)輸出功率,達到(dao)無級(ji)調(diao)功。這樣,能(neng)很(hen)有(you)效地達到(dao)提高控(kong)溫精度(du)的(de)目的(de)。
