■熔鹽電加熱器:
熔(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)電加(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)器(qi)(qi)是一種電加(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)設備,用(yong)(yong)于(yu)對流動的(de)(de)(de)液態(tai)、氣態(tai)介(jie)質(zhi)的(de)(de)(de)升(sheng)溫(wen)、保溫(wen)、加(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)。熔(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)電加(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)器(qi)(qi)利用(yong)(yong)特(te)殊(shu)管(guan)狀電熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)元(yuan)件(jian)結合法蘭集束(shu)的(de)(de)(de)形(xing)式(shi)與壓力容器(qi)(qi)組成一個供熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)整體(ti)(ti),利用(yong)(yong)加(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)二元(yuan)熔(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)或三元(yuan)熔(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)作為(wei)加(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)介(jie)質(zhi)。一般這(zhe)種加(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)方式(shi)與熔(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)罐組成一個整體(ti)(ti),當常溫(wen)下的(de)(de)(de)硝鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)倒入熔(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)罐中以后,利用(yong)(yong)熔(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)罐內的(de)(de)(de)少(shao)量電熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)元(yuan)件(jian)給(gei)其(qi)預熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)(re),使(shi)之(zhi)變為(wei)液態(tai),然后通過熔(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)泵(beng)抽取熔(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)往加(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)器(qi)(qi)內部流,進一步給(gei)熔(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)增溫(wen),到達(da)熔(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)加(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)器(qi)(qi)出口處已(yi)經基本(ben)完成加(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)的(de)(de)(de)目的(de)(de)(de),并與用(yong)(yong)戶(hu)的(de)(de)(de)用(yong)(yong)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)設備形(xing)成一個循環的(de)(de)(de)整體(ti)(ti),源源不(bu)斷的(de)(de)(de)給(gei)其(qi)加(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)(re),從而滿足工藝的(de)(de)(de)要求。
■熔鹽電加熱器應(ying)用范圍:
熔鹽(yan)電(dian)加(jia)熱器廣泛(fan)應(ying)用(yong)于(yu)儲(chu)能、儲(chu)熱、火電(dian)調峰、化肥、三(san)聚氫胺、氧(yang)化鋁等高(gao)溫加(jia)熱生(sheng)產工藝。
■熔鹽電加熱器(qi)控制(zhi)系統概述:
1、有常規的(de)電氣保護(hu),如流量和短路保護(hu)等。
2、有一套獨立于(yu)溫(wen)度控(kong)制的超(chao)溫(wen)報(bao)警系統,當電(dian)加熱器內(nei)部溫(wen)度超(chao)過計定(ding)值時,它將不可自動復位地關閉電(dian)加熱器,并輸出一個觸點(dian)信號。
3、有一(yi)套獨立的低液(ye)(ye)位(wei)報警,當液(ye)(ye)位(wei)低于要求值(zhi)時,它將自(zi)動關(guan)閉電加熱(re)器,并輸出一(yi)個(ge)信號。
4、提供數個聯鎖接口,以便和其它設(she)備如泵、流量(壓力)開關等(deng)裝置(zhi)聯鎖,確保(bao)加熱(re)器(qi)加熱(re)時有一定流量的(de)介質在流動,保(bao)證系統的(de)安全。
5、控(kong)制可(ke)以向(xiang)DCS系統(tong)提(ti)供(gong)加熱系統(tong)處于運行、停(ting)止、超(chao)溫(wen)報警、液位信號(hao)(低液位報警)、互鎖狀態、溫(wen)度信號(hao)(4~20mA)等信號(hao),除溫(wen)度信號(hao)外,它們(men)均為無源觸點;可(ke)以接受(shou)DCS發出(chu)的(de)啟動、停(ting)止操作命令,要求的(de)觸點容量亦為220V 1A。
6、具有(you)PID溫(wen)度(du)調節功(gong)能,加(jia)(jia)(jia)熱系統可(ke)以(yi)通(tong)過程序設置介質的(de)升溫(wen)曲線,并能在流量不(bu)足或停止加(jia)(jia)(jia)熱后,根據(ju)(ju)工藝(yi)要求控(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)泵,本控(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)系統采用(yong)多級控(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)技(ji)術,即把加(jia)(jia)(jia)熱器(qi)分(fen)成(cheng)幾(ji)組,其中一組也就是(shi)很大的(de)一組可(ke)以(yi)無(wu)級調壓,根據(ju)(ju)出口溫(wen)度(du),經運(yun)算后,控(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)系統自動控(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)加(jia)(jia)(jia)熱器(qi)每組的(de)通(tong)斷和(he)另一組加(jia)(jia)(jia)熱器(qi)的(de)輸出功(gong)率,達到(dao)無(wu)級調功(gong)。這(zhe)樣,能很有(you)效地達到(dao)提高控(kong)溫(wen)精度(du)的(de)目(mu)的(de)。
