熔(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)電(dian)加(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)器是(shi)一(yi)(yi)種電(dian)加(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)設備(bei),用(yong)于對流(liu)動的液(ye)態、氣態介質(zhi)的升(sheng)溫(wen)、保溫(wen)、加(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)。熔(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)電(dian)加(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)器利(li)用(yong)特殊管狀(zhuang)電(dian)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)元(yuan)件結合法蘭集束的形式與壓力容器組成(cheng)(cheng)一(yi)(yi)個供熱(re)(re)(re)(re)整(zheng)體,利(li)用(yong)加(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)二元(yuan)熔(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)或三元(yuan)熔(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)作為(wei)加(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)介質(zhi)。一(yi)(yi)般這種加(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)方式與熔(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)罐(guan)組成(cheng)(cheng)一(yi)(yi)個整(zheng)體,當(dang)常溫(wen)下的硝鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)倒入熔(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)罐(guan)中以后,利(li)用(yong)熔(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)罐(guan)內的少量電(dian)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)元(yuan)件給(gei)其預(yu)熱(re)(re)(re)(re),使之變為(wei)液(ye)態,然(ran)后通(tong)過熔(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)泵(beng)抽取熔(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)往加(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)器內部(bu)流(liu),進一(yi)(yi)步給(gei)熔(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)增溫(wen),到達熔(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)加(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)器出(chu)口處已經基本完成(cheng)(cheng)加(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)的目(mu)的,并(bing)與用(yong)戶(hu)的用(yong)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)設備(bei)形成(cheng)(cheng)一(yi)(yi)個循(xun)環的整(zheng)體,源(yuan)源(yuan)不斷(duan)的給(gei)其加(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re),從而(er)滿足工(gong)藝的要(yao)求。
■熔鹽(yan)電加熱器應用范圍(wei):
熔鹽電加熱(re)(re)器廣(guang)泛應用于儲(chu)能(neng)、儲(chu)熱(re)(re)、火電調峰、化肥、三聚氫胺、氧(yang)化鋁等高溫加熱(re)(re)生(sheng)產工藝。
■熔(rong)鹽電(dian)加(jia)熱器控(kong)制系統(tong)概述:
1、有常規(gui)的電氣保護,如(ru)流量(liang)和短路(lu)保護等(deng)。
2、有一套獨(du)立(li)于(yu)溫度(du)(du)控制的超溫報警系統,當電加熱(re)器內部溫度(du)(du)超過(guo)計定值(zhi)時,它將不(bu)可自(zi)動復位地關閉電加熱(re)器,并輸(shu)出一個觸點(dian)信號。
3、有一套(tao)獨立的低液位(wei)報警,當(dang)液位(wei)低于要求值時,它將自動關閉電加熱器,并輸(shu)出一個信號。
4、提供數個聯(lian)鎖接口,以便和其它設備(bei)如泵、流量(壓力)開關等裝(zhuang)置(zhi)聯(lian)鎖,確保加熱器加熱時有一定(ding)流量的介(jie)質在流動(dong),保證系統(tong)的安(an)全。
5、控制(zhi)可(ke)以向DCS系統(tong)提供加熱系統(tong)處于運行、停(ting)(ting)止、超溫(wen)(wen)(wen)報(bao)警、液(ye)位信(xin)(xin)號(hao)(低液(ye)位報(bao)警)、互(hu)鎖(suo)狀態、溫(wen)(wen)(wen)度信(xin)(xin)號(hao)(4~20mA)等信(xin)(xin)號(hao),除溫(wen)(wen)(wen)度信(xin)(xin)號(hao)外,它們均(jun)為無(wu)源觸點;可(ke)以接受DCS發出的啟(qi)動、停(ting)(ting)止操作(zuo)命令(ling),要求的觸點容量亦為220V 1A。
6、具有PID溫(wen)度(du)調節功能,加熱(re)系統(tong)(tong)可以通過(guo)程序設置(zhi)介質的(de)升溫(wen)曲(qu)線,并(bing)能在流量不足或停(ting)止加熱(re)后,根據工藝要(yao)求控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)泵,本控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)系統(tong)(tong)采用多級(ji)(ji)控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)技術,即(ji)把加熱(re)器分成幾組(zu)(zu),其中一(yi)(yi)組(zu)(zu)也就是很大的(de)一(yi)(yi)組(zu)(zu)可以無級(ji)(ji)調壓,根據出口溫(wen)度(du),經運算后,控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)系統(tong)(tong)自(zi)動控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)加熱(re)器每組(zu)(zu)的(de)通斷和另一(yi)(yi)組(zu)(zu)加熱(re)器的(de)輸出功率,達(da)(da)到無級(ji)(ji)調功。這樣,能很有效地達(da)(da)到提(ti)高(gao)控(kong)(kong)溫(wen)精度(du)的(de)目的(de)。
