■熔鹽電加熱器:
熔(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)電(dian)(dian)加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)器(qi)是一(yi)種(zhong)電(dian)(dian)加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)設備,用(yong)(yong)于對流(liu)動的(de)(de)液(ye)態、氣態介(jie)質的(de)(de)升溫(wen)(wen)、保溫(wen)(wen)、加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)。熔(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)電(dian)(dian)加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)器(qi)利用(yong)(yong)特殊管狀電(dian)(dian)熱(re)(re)元(yuan)(yuan)件結合(he)法蘭集束的(de)(de)形(xing)式與(yu)(yu)壓力容器(qi)組(zu)成一(yi)個供熱(re)(re)整(zheng)體(ti),利用(yong)(yong)加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)二元(yuan)(yuan)熔(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)或三元(yuan)(yuan)熔(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)作(zuo)為(wei)加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)介(jie)質。一(yi)般這種(zhong)加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)方式與(yu)(yu)熔(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)罐(guan)(guan)組(zu)成一(yi)個整(zheng)體(ti),當常溫(wen)(wen)下(xia)的(de)(de)硝鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)倒入熔(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)罐(guan)(guan)中以后,利用(yong)(yong)熔(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)罐(guan)(guan)內的(de)(de)少量電(dian)(dian)熱(re)(re)元(yuan)(yuan)件給其預熱(re)(re),使之變為(wei)液(ye)態,然后通過熔(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)泵抽取熔(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)往加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)器(qi)內部流(liu),進一(yi)步給熔(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)增溫(wen)(wen),到達(da)熔(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)器(qi)出(chu)口處已經基本完成加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)的(de)(de)目的(de)(de),并與(yu)(yu)用(yong)(yong)戶的(de)(de)用(yong)(yong)熱(re)(re)設備形(xing)成一(yi)個循環的(de)(de)整(zheng)體(ti),源(yuan)源(yuan)不斷的(de)(de)給其加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re),從而滿足工(gong)藝的(de)(de)要求(qiu)。
■熔鹽(yan)電(dian)加(jia)熱器應用范圍(wei):
熔鹽(yan)電加熱器(qi)廣泛應用于儲能、儲熱、火電調峰、化(hua)肥(fei)、三聚氫胺、氧化(hua)鋁等高(gao)溫加熱生產工藝。
■熔鹽電加熱器控制(zhi)系統概述:
1、有常規(gui)的電氣保(bao)護(hu),如(ru)流量和短(duan)路保(bao)護(hu)等。
2、有一(yi)套獨立于溫(wen)度(du)控制的(de)超溫(wen)報警(jing)系統,當電加(jia)熱器內部溫(wen)度(du)超過計定(ding)值時,它(ta)將不(bu)可(ke)自動復(fu)位地關閉電加(jia)熱器,并輸(shu)出一(yi)個觸(chu)點信號。
3、有(you)一套獨立的低(di)液(ye)位報警(jing),當液(ye)位低(di)于(yu)要求(qiu)值(zhi)時,它(ta)將自動關閉電加熱(re)器,并輸出一個信號。
4、提供數個聯(lian)鎖接口,以(yi)便和其它設備如(ru)泵(beng)、流(liu)量(壓力)開關等裝置聯(lian)鎖,確保(bao)加熱器加熱時有一定流(liu)量的(de)介質在流(liu)動(dong),保(bao)證系統的(de)安全。
5、控制可(ke)以向DCS系(xi)統(tong)提供加熱系(xi)統(tong)處于運行、停(ting)止(zhi)、超溫(wen)報(bao)警(jing)(jing)、液(ye)位信號(hao)(低液(ye)位報(bao)警(jing)(jing))、互鎖狀態、溫(wen)度信號(hao)(4~20mA)等信號(hao),除溫(wen)度信號(hao)外,它們均(jun)為(wei)無源觸(chu)(chu)點;可(ke)以接受DCS發出的(de)啟動、停(ting)止(zhi)操作命令,要求的(de)觸(chu)(chu)點容量亦為(wei)220V 1A。
6、具有PID溫度(du)(du)(du)調節功(gong)(gong)能,加(jia)熱(re)系(xi)統(tong)可以通過程序設(she)置介質(zhi)的(de)(de)升溫曲線,并能在(zai)流量不(bu)足或停止加(jia)熱(re)后(hou),根據(ju)工藝要求控制泵,本控制系(xi)統(tong)采(cai)用多級(ji)控制技術,即把(ba)加(jia)熱(re)器(qi)(qi)分(fen)成(cheng)幾(ji)組(zu),其(qi)中一組(zu)也就(jiu)是很大的(de)(de)一組(zu)可以無級(ji)調壓,根據(ju)出口溫度(du)(du)(du),經運算后(hou),控制系(xi)統(tong)自動控制加(jia)熱(re)器(qi)(qi)每組(zu)的(de)(de)通斷和另一組(zu)加(jia)熱(re)器(qi)(qi)的(de)(de)輸出功(gong)(gong)率,達(da)到無級(ji)調功(gong)(gong)。這樣(yang),能很有效地達(da)到提(ti)高控溫精度(du)(du)(du)的(de)(de)目的(de)(de)。
