■熔鹽電加熱器:
熔(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)電(dian)加(jia)(jia)熱(re)器是一種電(dian)加(jia)(jia)熱(re)設備,用(yong)于對流動的(de)液(ye)(ye)態、氣態介(jie)(jie)質的(de)升溫(wen)、保(bao)溫(wen)、加(jia)(jia)熱(re)。熔(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)電(dian)加(jia)(jia)熱(re)器利用(yong)特殊管狀電(dian)熱(re)元(yuan)件(jian)結合(he)法蘭集束的(de)形式與壓力容器組成一個(ge)供熱(re)整體,利用(yong)加(jia)(jia)熱(re)二元(yuan)熔(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)或三元(yuan)熔(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)作(zuo)為加(jia)(jia)熱(re)介(jie)(jie)質。一般這(zhe)種加(jia)(jia)熱(re)方式與熔(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)罐組成一個(ge)整體,當(dang)常溫(wen)下(xia)的(de)硝鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)倒入熔(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)罐中以后,利用(yong)熔(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)罐內(nei)的(de)少量電(dian)熱(re)元(yuan)件(jian)給(gei)其(qi)預(yu)熱(re),使(shi)之(zhi)變為液(ye)(ye)態,然后通(tong)過熔(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)泵抽(chou)取(qu)熔(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)往加(jia)(jia)熱(re)器內(nei)部流,進一步(bu)給(gei)熔(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)增(zeng)溫(wen),到達熔(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)加(jia)(jia)熱(re)器出口處(chu)已經基本完成加(jia)(jia)熱(re)的(de)目的(de),并與用(yong)戶的(de)用(yong)熱(re)設備形成一個(ge)循環的(de)整體,源源不(bu)斷的(de)給(gei)其(qi)加(jia)(jia)熱(re),從而滿足工藝的(de)要求。
■熔鹽電加熱器應用(yong)范(fan)圍:
熔鹽電加熱器廣泛(fan)應用(yong)于儲能(neng)、儲熱、火電調峰、化肥(fei)、三聚氫胺、氧化鋁等高溫加熱生產工藝(yi)。
■熔(rong)鹽電(dian)加(jia)熱器控制系統概述:
1、有(you)常(chang)規的電(dian)氣保護,如流量和短路保護等。
2、有一(yi)套(tao)獨立于溫(wen)度控制的超溫(wen)報(bao)警系統,當電(dian)加(jia)熱器內部溫(wen)度超過計定值(zhi)時,它將不可自動復位(wei)地關閉電(dian)加(jia)熱器,并(bing)輸出一(yi)個觸(chu)點信號(hao)。
3、有一套獨立的低液位(wei)報警,當(dang)液位(wei)低于要求值時,它將自動關閉(bi)電加熱器,并(bing)輸出一個信號。
4、提供數個聯(lian)(lian)鎖(suo)(suo)接口,以便和其它設備如泵、流量(壓(ya)力)開關等(deng)裝(zhuang)置聯(lian)(lian)鎖(suo)(suo),確(que)保加熱器(qi)加熱時有一定流量的介質在流動,保證系統的安全。
5、控制可以向DCS系統(tong)(tong)提(ti)供加熱系統(tong)(tong)處于運行、停(ting)止(zhi)、超溫報(bao)警(jing)、液位信(xin)號(hao)(低液位報(bao)警(jing))、互(hu)鎖狀態、溫度信(xin)號(hao)(4~20mA)等信(xin)號(hao),除(chu)溫度信(xin)號(hao)外,它們均為無源觸點(dian);可以接受DCS發出的啟(qi)動、停(ting)止(zhi)操作(zuo)命(ming)令,要求(qiu)的觸點(dian)容量亦為220V 1A。
6、具有(you)PID溫度調節功(gong)能(neng)(neng),加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)系統可以通過程序設置(zhi)介(jie)質的(de)升溫曲線,并能(neng)(neng)在流量(liang)不足或(huo)停止加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)后,根(gen)據工藝要(yao)求(qiu)控制泵,本(ben)控制系統采用多(duo)級(ji)控制技術,即把加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)器分成幾組,其(qi)中一(yi)組也就是很大的(de)一(yi)組可以無級(ji)調壓,根(gen)據出(chu)口溫度,經運算后,控制系統自動控制加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)器每組的(de)通斷和(he)另一(yi)組加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)器的(de)輸(shu)出(chu)功(gong)率,達(da)(da)到(dao)無級(ji)調功(gong)。這(zhe)樣,能(neng)(neng)很有(you)效地達(da)(da)到(dao)提高控溫精度的(de)目的(de)。
