■熔鹽電加熱器:
熔(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)電(dian)加(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)器(qi)(qi)是(shi)一種電(dian)加(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)設備(bei)(bei),用于(yu)對流(liu)動的液(ye)(ye)態、氣態介(jie)質的升溫、保溫、加(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)。熔(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)電(dian)加(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)器(qi)(qi)利用特殊管(guan)狀電(dian)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)元件(jian)結合法蘭(lan)集束的形式與壓力容器(qi)(qi)組(zu)成(cheng)一個供(gong)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)整(zheng)體(ti),利用加(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)二元熔(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)或三元熔(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)作(zuo)為加(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)介(jie)質。一般這種加(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)方式與熔(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)罐組(zu)成(cheng)一個整(zheng)體(ti),當(dang)常溫下(xia)的硝鹽(yan)倒入熔(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)罐中以后,利用熔(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)罐內的少(shao)量電(dian)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)元件(jian)給(gei)其(qi)預熱(re)(re)(re)(re),使之變為液(ye)(ye)態,然后通(tong)過熔(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)泵抽(chou)取熔(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)往加(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)器(qi)(qi)內部流(liu),進(jin)一步給(gei)熔(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)增溫,到達(da)熔(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)加(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)器(qi)(qi)出口處已(yi)經基(ji)本(ben)完(wan)成(cheng)加(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)的目的,并與用戶(hu)的用熱(re)(re)(re)(re)設備(bei)(bei)形成(cheng)一個循環的整(zheng)體(ti),源源不(bu)斷的給(gei)其(qi)加(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re),從而滿足工藝的要求。
■熔鹽(yan)電加熱器(qi)應用范圍:
熔鹽電加熱(re)器(qi)廣泛應用于儲能(neng)、儲熱(re)、火電調峰(feng)、化(hua)(hua)肥(fei)、三聚氫胺、氧化(hua)(hua)鋁等高(gao)溫(wen)加熱(re)生產工(gong)藝。
■熔鹽電加熱器控(kong)制系(xi)統概述(shu):
1、有常規的電氣(qi)保(bao)護,如流量和短路(lu)保(bao)護等。
2、有一套獨立于溫(wen)度控制(zhi)的超(chao)溫(wen)報警系統,當電(dian)加熱器內部溫(wen)度超(chao)過計定值時,它(ta)將不可自動復位地關閉電(dian)加熱器,并輸出一個觸(chu)點(dian)信號。
3、有(you)一(yi)(yi)套獨立的低(di)液(ye)位報(bao)警,當液(ye)位低(di)于要求值時,它(ta)將自動關閉電加熱器,并輸(shu)出(chu)一(yi)(yi)個信號。
4、提供(gong)數個聯鎖(suo)接口,以便和其(qi)它設(she)備(bei)如泵、流(liu)量(壓力)開關等裝置聯鎖(suo),確保(bao)加熱(re)器加熱(re)時有一(yi)定流(liu)量的介質(zhi)在流(liu)動,保(bao)證系統的安(an)全(quan)。
5、控制(zhi)可(ke)以向DCS系統提供加熱系統處于運行、停(ting)止、超溫報警、液(ye)位信(xin)號(hao)(hao)(低液(ye)位報警)、互(hu)鎖狀態、溫度信(xin)號(hao)(hao)(4~20mA)等(deng)信(xin)號(hao)(hao),除溫度信(xin)號(hao)(hao)外,它們均為無(wu)源觸點;可(ke)以接受DCS發出的啟動、停(ting)止操作命(ming)令,要(yao)求(qiu)的觸點容量亦為220V 1A。
6、具(ju)有(you)(you)PID溫(wen)度(du)調節(jie)功能(neng),加熱(re)(re)(re)系統(tong)可(ke)(ke)以(yi)(yi)通過程序(xu)設置介質的(de)(de)升溫(wen)曲線,并能(neng)在(zai)流量不(bu)足或停止加熱(re)(re)(re)后,根據工藝要求控(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)制(zhi)泵,本控(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)制(zhi)系統(tong)采用多級(ji)(ji)控(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)制(zhi)技術,即把加熱(re)(re)(re)器(qi)(qi)分成幾組(zu),其中(zhong)一組(zu)也就是很(hen)大(da)的(de)(de)一組(zu)可(ke)(ke)以(yi)(yi)無級(ji)(ji)調壓(ya),根據出口溫(wen)度(du),經(jing)運算后,控(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)制(zhi)系統(tong)自(zi)動控(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)制(zhi)加熱(re)(re)(re)器(qi)(qi)每組(zu)的(de)(de)通斷和另(ling)一組(zu)加熱(re)(re)(re)器(qi)(qi)的(de)(de)輸出功率,達到(dao)無級(ji)(ji)調功。這樣,能(neng)很(hen)有(you)(you)效(xiao)地達到(dao)提高控(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)溫(wen)精(jing)度(du)的(de)(de)目的(de)(de)。
